Jedi are fine, it's called a "Commander" or "Leader" unit. These are generally highly specialized units that can do more than the usual man (read OP). If you had a Jedi Commander, therefore, he would be more powerful than all other Jedi, however, he could only be one. If a second is introduced, only one can contain the power, the other would be weak.
This applies to other races too, which are allowed to have special commanding units.
