Also the Pangers are shit when it comes to combat. Instead of combat they're mainly specialized in engineering. I thought I stated that already.

The clones step out of their cloning chambers and get inside the elevator. They go to their awaiting leader who briefs them and is assigning jobs. This time different ones.
One of the soldiers is promoted to officer and he, a Space Panger, and a soldier get in the finished scout helicopter. It's blades start to turn as the Space Panger is piloting it.
