You can't tell if it's a river or an ocean based on the map, as Binkow's territory could simply be an island, similar to the Isle of White, on the coast...
In comparison to peoples map sizes... and well... the world map and tile, it's the size of a river. Maybe a small channel if you want to push it.
Not necessarily. We can't see the rest of the world, so as I said if Binkow's was just an island of the coast, it would be much similar to Great Britain, where Evil's river meets the ocean.
