That was disappointing, I went out at 3:20, and while I could see stars and shit clearly, I didn't see any meteors :( Guess I live too close to the city.

Goddamn, I saw the biggest fucking meteor I've ever seen. The tip of it was yellowish, leaving a blazing white trail that cut across probably 1/10th of the sky, lasting two seconds and after it dissapeared, I swear it left a goddamn trail of grey where it streaked.
I saw about four others, but those were out of the corners of my eyes. I was looking directly at that massive one when it happened!
It was probably half an hour ago

Fucking light pollution.
I ended up seeing 2 or 3 last night, they were much smaller and shorter than I expected :/
I went out with a couple of friends waaay out in the country we saw about 30
That was the greatest thing I ever saw.
I've seen a few showers before now, and this was the poorest by far.
I only saw about 8 and only two of which left a trail. Still beautiful though!
I was outside bathing naked with my girlfriend, when we got up, quite a bit chilly we wrapped our arms around each other.
While trying to make us warm we looked up at the beautiful sky, still holding each other.
That was when a really nice night became one of the most beautiful and perfect of my life, as the clear night sky showed us a few of it's wonders when a few meteors flew by.
I wish it wouldn't have ended, but it was brilliant while it lasted, and I'll forever have the memory. :)
