Finally decided to take some glamour shots of my more expensive rifles. Better camera and fancier pictures incoming. yeah but it's stuck at 0 :(
Anyone have any NFA goodies? How long did you wait for the OK from the ATF?
I'll be sending in my Form 1 in the next month or two to SBR my Scorpion. I want to pay off some debt first, though.
I got the next best thing. Ish... [t]http://i.imgur.com/8rZnjXN.jpg[/t] The blade brace is about as uncomfortable as it looks. But it's better than a plain tube. Also that's a flash can not a suppressor.
So this Prisma app is pretty fun for filtering gun pictures with [img_thumb]http://i.imgur.com/9RJnAQZ.jpg[/img_thumb] [img_thumb]http://i.imgur.com/l4eEJdl.jpg[/img_thumb]
Best at looking sexy as fuck And what else are you going to use to remove apache when they come to your homestead to steal your horses? I prep for all eventualities. I have a Martini-Henry for the impending zulus resurgence as well.
I'm gonna hide their insulin and wait for diabetes to do my bidding.
what's that going to do about type 2 diabetes though?
Insulin is often still necessary for type 2. But I'll make them cakes too.
woke up to find out garands and g41s are legal for hunting here now :toot:
The first rush of Garand buyers will scare prices higher than an american school shooting I bet :v:
what's that going to do about type 2 diabetes though?
You'll still get wrecked with no insulin if you have uncontrolled type 2, which I'd argue is more common here in 'merica
I'm contracted part-time at my job, but because of various personnel issues, they've been giving me a ton of extra hours, enough to make overtime. I can't wait to see what my paycheck looks like. PTR soon, fellow shooters.
Anyone in the US willing to order something for me and then forward it on? Apex Guns is the only place so far I've found to have Jungle Carbine flash hiders but they won't ship overseas. [editline]1st September 2016[/editline] Still got a few places I'm waiting for a reply from. I also just dropped $500 on a new No4 barrel. Barrel's shouldn't be that expensive.
Anyone run a "Range Kit" ? [t]http://i.cubeupload.com/B9vvA5.jpg[/t] It's a budget minimalist kit. I don't need rifle plates or anything like that to go plinking. The magazines are airsoft, but use your imagination. I wear the SERPA right on my belt and the Trauma Kit is right behind the holster. The Costa-Rig is a repro. Two mags in two different flavors, flashlight, CAT, Shears and a D-Lock for gloves and stuff. I also run Sordins. I forgot to put them in the shot. But yeah. I like it. It's tactical without being too obnoxious I like to think but I can still pretend I'm Chris Costa for a couple hours.
I have a small blowout kit that I keep with my range bag. Hopefully I'll never need it.
Closest I got is the first aid kit I got in my car. I gotta step it up and make a better kit soon though. Don't know when those fucking ruskies come :v:
Not entirely sure one of us could. Thanks to ITAR. I could be absolutely wrong.
Pretty certain for parts ITAR only applies to items valued over $100. Which is why I can't buy US stocks valued over $100. [editline]1st September 2016[/editline] Here we go: http://www.borderview.com/services/for-individuals/small-parts-exemption-service/ It's called the small parts exemption. It's for parts under $100 ($500 to Canada).

Closest I come is I keep my range bag filled with at least one full AR mag and one full handgun mag with a basic first aid kit for general use. In my work truck, I can't carry firearms, but I have a more sophisticated first aid kit with a fire extinguisher coming soon per company fire policy as well as two fixed bladed knives as a just-in-case since it's the vehicle I drive 1k miles a week in. I have enough water treatment chemicals to not worry about fire starters, though.

It's just what I haul up the mountain so I can pretend to be a Green Beret while I shoot paper targets and if I accidentally shoot myself I have something to stuff the hole. I have a stocked trauma kit and a mounted fire extinguisher in my truck too. But I do carry a firearm everywhere I go anyway so I usually have that EDC kit pictured in my pocket. Again to treat a gun shot wound either self inflicted by my own folly or inflicted by me by their own folly if you get my drift. Also I keep an MRE and some water bottles and shit behind the seat. Buffalo chicken circa 2009 a classic. But I don't really have a bug-out kit or anything. Mostly due to lack of funds to pour a hundred dollars into something that will sit in the back seat for years.
Hey guys, my AR is complete!!

Has a dedicated spot for it and everything, but it was gone when I bought it. Need it to complete the battlebus :v: I have a bunch of places to keep my guns out of site in it already, as well as a bunch of actual storage. Well, my sig and makarov can hide at least. Nowhere to store a long gun where prying eyes can't see it, unfortunately, or else I'd probably keep a beater SKS in a tapco stock stuffed away in it somewhere.
idk where to post this, but this is just tits cool.
Aren't they more than $900 in the US? A Garand here in Australia goes for More than $2000. [editline]2nd September 2016[/editline] Looking it up, an average Garand goes for $2000, a good one goes for $3500.

[editline]2nd September 2016[/editline] Damnit, late.
Garands are between $1100- $2300 here depending on condition and "rarity."
I've never seen a complete Garand for less than $1000 here, and at around $1000 they're usually mismatched lemons.
