Frankly I don't think the platform is accurate enough to warrant a "target" model.

Pretty much this. If they were regularly priced at $600 I'd be all over a Mini 14. They're a fun gun with a nice look.
Finally worn in my O/U, I love this shotgun despite how much of a fucking hole it's blown in my wallet.

Due for a thorough clean though! All that shit around the extractors had my worried as fuck when I got it, but it just rubs off after a day of shooting.

Which I can't really sell off now because it is legally a receiver, which is legally a firearm, so I can't use gunbroker or whatever without connecting to an FFl. (not sure on laws tbh)
I don't understand why I can't just register the fucking gun as a machine gun and build it with the full auto bolt. What the hell kind of crimes am I going to commit with a 90 year old welderup machine gun? It's a novelty item. By the time you've built your Sten legally there's almost no original British steel left in it. If nothing else let me register it as an AOW and run it open bolt with a welded fire selector to keep it from going full auto.

You know the stupidest fucking part? THAT THEY GIVE YOU THE FULL AUTO BOLT IN THE KIT.
Like it's pointless, why even give it to us if it cant be used and only puts us in the "constructive intent" felon category.
Why does no one sell the useful parts with the semi-auto conversion as one "True DIY kit", why do we have to run to like 4 different websites to get different parts.
