Well. I must be safe, knowing my M1 and my 1911 only killed Nazis, so no souls were damned by that. Maybe my Ariasaka could run the risk of being haunted. It could have slaughtered innocents and shot at Americans bringing freedom to the local isles.
But.. come to think of it.... things have been disappearing and creaking at night in my house since I got it....
My Lee Enfield traps the souls of Japanese people. They can't haunt me because they can't escape.
Come to think of it, every time I shoot my Mosin I do get the urge to affix bayonet and charge down the range screaming "URAAAAAAA!"
Can you spare some 54r, brother?
They were ready to fight them and the nazi party in Switzerland got the boot pretty hard when they tried something. But yeah, internment with the Swiss was a hell of a lot better than with the Germans
Officially they were, but its hard to want to fight an enemy that vastly out experiences you and uses a lot of the same vehicles and equipment as you.
The Swiss stayed Neutral so they wouldn't incurr the wrath of the Bolshevik hordes or the flying city destroyers. They probably would have joined the German effort like the Finns had their government not been so dedicated to neutrality.
The Finns joined the German effort because Russia invaded them though. Then IIRC they had to kick the Germans out of their country at the end of the war too.

At the MET
Where is the MET? This thing looks beautiful and I want to see it.
Dunno, but I do know they had this at the Chicago Art Institute a couple of weeks ago:

Emperor Maximilian's dagger-pistol :v:
All the DAM has is some awesome native American bongs. And the best name.

Huh, that looks exactly like a knife pistol Ian reviewed awhile back, but with a fancier grip:

Sorry, the MET is the Metropolitan Museum of Art of New York City. Right next to Central Park. It's huge and it has great collections from all eras. Worth it.
The Finns joined the German effort because Russia invaded them though. Then IIRC they had to kick the Germans out of their country at the end of the war too.
The Finns joined because they saw the immense threat that Communism was to Europe. The war was already over for them as they had signed a treaty with the Soviets to end it. They joined the Germans in the continuation war to take back land they lost and to make sure communism stayed off their soil.
They backed out of the war and turned on their German allies because they saw the war ending badly for them. So they signed a deal with the Soviets that if they forcefully booted the Germans out the Soviets would bypass them on their way to Berlin.
The Finns gave the Germans a very unrealistic timeframe to leave Finland before they attacked. So the Germans were forced into a mass retreat, and started burning villages after the Finns captured a German medical convoy instead of letting it catch up with the retreat.
A lot of Finns joined the SS, including Lauri Torni, after the Finnish government swapped sides.
Almost bought a vector today. But it was .45, and I've got 9mm mags and ammunition. I don't wanna start storing ammo for just one gun.

Huh, I have the same exact rail system as pictured.

They dont make vectors in anything but .45. One of the bigger downfalls of that overdesigned pos

P sure they make it in several calibers nowadays
Welp, I shit the bed. Bought a VG6 Epsilon for my AR-15 and neglected to read on the manufacturers website "This is a true combination muzzle brake / compensator / flash hider"
Anyone want it? PM me.
EDIT: I live in Maryland, for clarification Flash Hiders/suppressor devices are banned.

Solution, leave it in a damn holster. Bam. done. No need for this fucking stupid law.
It's literally another way for NY State to limit the amount of firearms we can own.
People on gun forums and even here don't seem to get it. There is no such thing as "reasonable" gun control legislation anymore. It's a give them an inch and they take a mile issue and they'll always come out on top.
In NY State you need a permit to own a handgun to begin with. Every single handgun has to be on your permit, the state has a list of every gun you own so if the law changes or they have a change of heart they can easily show up at your door and take your guns. The permit is fucking difficult as shit to get, I got one and it was a nightmare of time and money. Most New Yorkers don't have handguns because the process is so difficult, and that's by design. They effectively eliminate handgun ownership by making ownership difficult as shit for the average person to achieve and plenty of Judges don't even issue them to anyone out of principle.

Sort of cringey/memey art style, but hit summarizes the current state of affairs with gun legislation pretty well I think. I paraphrase this to explain to my more legislation-happy friends what it feels like to be on the other side of the spectrum.

Anti-gunners need to stop hiding behind children for high ground points. Such a fucking cowardly tactic. There's no way they don't know themselves how dishonest and disingenuous it is.

Based on my debates in college, roughly a year after Sandy Hook, they do not. They are also very entrenched in the idea that black guns are bad guns, unaware of what caliber means, and do not know how to tell the difference between semi-auto and full auto features.
I'm sorry but when you're actively lying and fabricating statistics to form the base of your argument at that point you have to know your argument has no substance.
There are valid arguments for gun control but "the childrens!!!11" isn't one.
