Would anyone happen to know where I can get a wide G3 handguard? I've been thinking about getting a bipod.

You might be better off drilling and fitting a pic rail to the existing handguard. Then you can mount a something like a harris bipod on it.
Anyone else hoping Trump follows through with this national CCW thing?
You might be better off drilling and fitting a pic rail to the existing handguard. Then you can mount a something like a harris bipod on it.
Yeah, but then it wouldn't look authentic.
Yeah, but then it wouldn't look authentic.
Well authentic and cheap are not words that apply to HK style weapons outside of the G3 Mags.
Well authentic and cheap are not words that apply to HK style weapons outside of the G3 Mags.
Fuck it. I'll do it. Gotta replace the rollers first though. Next on my purchase-list is a roll-pin punch set.
Anyone else hoping Trump follows through with this national CCW thing?
Well yea. The issue is is that Trump said he was going to do a bunch of shit, granted it was all insane, and now hes backing out, granted thats a good thing. Other than the Hearing Protection Act, I dont think he'll restore any rights or bestow new ones on us. But I certainly dont think he'll take any away from us.

Granted he was fighting cancer when he took over, but he did other things too. I guess O'Malley fucked up shit more important than CCW and mag laws.
If you can figure out if an HK33 handguard will fit a G3, I'll sell you mine. It's black though.
Answer is already no. The HK33 handguard is shorter than the G3 one.
If you can figure out if an HK33 handguard will fit a G3, I'll sell you mine. It's black though.
All the furniture on mine is green, I would end up with a frankenrifle. Also what, lone star said.

I guess I'll leave my rifle at home as to not have it confiscated and murdercubed. [editline]23rd November 2016[/editline] Also, unrelated to Maryland travels; I think I decided on getting me a CZ P-07 next week on pay day. Local Gander has one for $600 with some cheap CZ rail flashlight. I might join the 21st century for a new handgun for once.
The site where I bought my MICH has a sale going on apparently. If any of you guys are interested https://cpgarmor.com/product-category/helmets/high-cut/ https://cpgarmor.com/product-category/helmets/full-cut/ Fullcut and high cut are the same price, full cut Mich 2000 style, high cut 2001 style.
Don't know if they are sold loose, but they are used at least in Federal Blackcloud.
Went to my local gun store today, none of the 5 staff members had even heard about these wads.
Went to my local gun store today, none of the 5 staff members had even heard about these wads.
The Flight control wad is fairly new. I think they started using them with their law enforcment buckshot first then moved them to their game lines like blackcloud. You might be able to just get the Wads if you reload, no idea if they have the ammo lines where you live.

Apologies for a drive-by question but this is pretty much the only place I can easily get an answer. What did I just buy for 10 quid?
Looks like a non-firing replica of a Colt Single Action Army. At least, I'm assuming it's non-firing. Aren't pistols banned outright in the UK?

Aren't pistols banned outright in the UK?
I have to assume it is non-firing too, just bought it from a pretty much random house sale of a pawn store owner/hoarder. The guys didn't seem to know what they were doing and they said it doesn't work, but I just wanted to make sure. That's quite cool. I'll probably polish and clean it and have a nice display for it.
Hello everyone, first time on thread. A guy at the range is giving me his Marlin 99 for free, along with the scope. (UK so its going on my fathers licence until i'm 18). Is it any good? From what i can tell it seems like a great rifle and the guy who owns it obsessivly looks after his firearms so it'll be alright in that regard. In the ways of Semi .22s i've fired a Ruger (didn't like it) and (technically) own a Browning take down (FN production) so i'm looking foward to the Marlin.
