1911-380?
That exists?
Everday we stray further away from gods light and etc.
EVERYTHING is shrunk down. It feels like a toy.
Fed up fucking around with my Jungle Carbine so I'm going to rebarrel it. Only option there is to take a No4 barrel and cut it down.

Need a 303 reamer too.
Trading the C96 is definitely a last resort. I don't want the Savage more than the C96 by any means, and I would hate for it to end up in the hands of the kind of collector who never shoots it or shows it off. I plan to personally see this gun through the next century of its life.
Still I'm distinctly aware that it's among the most valuable antique firearms in general circulation (being a very early production/trial of the revised safety) and I could get pretty much anything on the market for it in a heartbeat. I can't rule out a good trade if it pops up, but I really don't want to do it.
If you wanna sell your c96 shoot me a PM.
[editline]25th August 2016[/editline]
The only guns left on my dream list are a C96, a Mateba Autorevolver, and a PKM or a VZ59
That's it ? Do you have that many?
Nah, Cyke still has to get every Ruger ever made. I'm sure that's on his dream list.

Think that feels like a toy? Try SIGs P938, it's a micro 1911 also in .380 ACP

Size comparison of the 1911-380 to a standard 1911:

The P938 is in 9mm. The P238 is in .380

I love the Mateba. Got to fire one of them last year. A lot of people hated it, but i think it's matter of love or hate. Great gun, i'd definitely want to own one myself.
please tell me that's a plastic frame..?
Yes the frame is polymer.
As if a tiny, .380 1911 wasn't enough, they made it plastic too? Insulting!
I need advise on what to do with my Beretta 84, it likes to intermittently jam. Upon releasing the slide initially or as it it loading the next round, it will make it 80% into the chamber and stop. I've tried a huge variety of ammo manufacturers, and it does seem to be worse with some ammo over others (PMC Bronze is the worst offender so far), but even with it's "favorite" ammunition it will do it sooner or later. For example, Underwood XTP 90gr worked perfectly at the range, but a few weeks later it jams up loading one into the chamber. It also doesn't seem to make a difference whether or not the gun is freshly cleaned or dirty. the chamber has a nice smooth finish, as does the upper half of the feed ramp (lower half of it is part of the anodized aluminum frame). I put a factory new slide spring in thinking I was losing spring pressure, it didn't make a difference. I also changed the magazine springs, didn't fix the issue either. The only thing I can think to do is polish the feed ramp and chamber, but I don't want to do that if I have to send it to a Beretta service center to have them examine it. This is the reason I got rid of my first handgun, a S&W Bodyguard 380 (traded it for the Beretta). It would do this when it got dirty, which on the S&W only took 15 or so rounds before it would start hanging up. Oddly enough, the PMC Bronze was the most reliable to shoot out of the Bodyguard.
On a better note, the Tokarev is my new favorite handgun, both accuracy and fun wise. Saturday I went to Nexus shooting range in Davie and shot on the interactive projected target lanes. I started with my 4006 and had a hard time with shot placement and consistency on the moving shooting gallery program, but with the Tokarev I was able to ring the simulated moving targets every shot. The fireballs are cool too.
That's it ? Do you have that many?
Its basically the weablade of guns; costs way too much and doesnt really serve any useful function but it was in GitS so its awesome.
What tail end is that? That's not a B-17 is it?
Nope, B-29.

Are you from Midland? Or did they move the plane to another location?
I do love me some WW2 bombers.

My great uncle sat in one of these as it was shot down over Germany. Luckily, it landed in Switzerland. He got to sit out the rest of the war.
Man I hate the gun registry. Transfer for my wheelgat was put in on the 22nd/23rd or so, still hasn't been approved, which means I probably won't get it in time to go shooting on Labour Day because it ships from Alberta.

Got a CZ75b today.
Welcome to the CZ Urban Gray Suppressor Ready club!
Good club to be in.
The gunshop I bought it at had a Winchester 1897 12ga that had WW1 US armory marks for $800. Almost bought it.

I really need more CZ's.

Sorry, just got back. The photos are from different days. The B-17 was actually like 9 years ago, the B-29 is in Denver this weekend, along with Gunfighter and Bucket of Bolts.

I really thought about it but I got no affinity for shotguns at all.

Same. I'm a rifle guy all the way though, never been a big fan of handguns.
I got something in the mail today

I really need to get myself a rifle. I like long guns, including shotguns, so much more than handguns but they're all I have nowadays.

Get an AR15 before they're banned, bro.

Man AR15's are lame. Only one I'd do is build up an M16A1
