Just fired a box of Winchester's steel case ammo. They advertise clean burning powder, but the rounds are fucking filthy from the box. After loading every mag, my fingers had a coating of metallic powder. Shot fine but holy fuck Winchester, clean up your act. Clean burning, yes. Clean ammo, hell no. I'd take Wolf/Tula over the Winchester stuff since they don't coat my hands in residue even if those rounds aren't as "clean" burning.
#UnderwoodLife On a serious note, Underwood is some of the CLEANEST. Ammo I have ever shot, after the 300 rounds I put through my G20, all I had was a light dusting of carbon and a bit of powder in my mag well, locking block and trigger housing. All wiped out with Q-Tips and paper towels.

Barrel didn't even get hot, sub MOA group the whole time, and it only took one patch down the bore to clean it. I'm pretty impressed with it.

I shot one of the 10mm Underwood loaded Extreme Penetrators into an 8" diameter 1/4" AR500 plate from 10yds and it made an X shaped depression in it. So a dude I know from the canadaguns subreddit has been fucking around with a 3D printer... I want a centerbalance Mosin stock so bad, but there's no way I'm paying $400 for a Mosin stock... I could buy two more Mosins for that. Looks like something out of Mass Effect though, I love it. And yeah I realize putting a crazy stock on a Mosin is polishing a turd. I don't care. :v:

That stock is illegal in Canada because it makes the Mosin a bullpup.
Anyone who puts memes on their guns should face summary execution
Anyone who puts memes on their guns should face summary execution
I'm planning on buying a Magpul MOE stock for my AR and sticking anime shit all over it because I can't stop thinking about moe whenever I see the name.

If you want a footere gat, buy one of those pricy savages
Anyone who puts memes on their guns should face summary execution
What if they put characters from children's cartoons on their guns?
What if they put characters from children's cartoons on their guns?
already been over anime
Anime and meme guns are probably on the restricted list, sorry probably the only ones there for good reason too
Well the AR is restricted, yes, and I have my restricted license, so it's all good. I shall propel my shit taste downrange at targets covered in anime stickers of trash waifus.
I hope trump builds two walls
Didn't he already say he wanted to build a wall on Canada's border too? Frankly I think it'd be beneficial to us, lower the amount of smuggled guns in the country and drop the crime rate.
What if they put characters from children's cartoons on their guns?
You putting MLP bullshit on your guns is actually what caused the holocaust. Retroactively.
B-b-b-but how else would new svt-40s get into the market?
With the embargo we have against Russia right now, we're wondering the same thing.
With the embargo we have against Russia right now, we're wondering the same thing.
We'll go make our own SVT-40s! With blackjack! And hookers!
Thought about it. Have enough friends with enough tools to mill out all the bits and bobs. Just don't want to bother with all of the work.
I guess we'll just stick with blackjack and hookers then.
I've got almost 20 guns but no Mosin Nagant. Fixed that today right quick. $250 cash, Cabelas. [img_thumb]http://i.imgur.com/geyNDMf.jpg[/img_thumb] [img_thumb]http://i.imgur.com/48evQ4L.jpg[/img_thumb] [img_thumb]http://i.imgur.com/TpPdZpT.jpg[/img_thumb]
I wish I had picked up a mosin back when I could find them under $100
I wish I had picked up a mosin back when I could find them under $100
Still kicking myself for that.
Finally went out to the range and shot my 1911, and damn it was a good day. Ran perfectly (excluding one malfunction) for a brand new 1911 and was accurate too. [t]http://i.imgur.com/AYkGuY6.jpg[/t] nothing sexier then a dirty 1911,the one malfunction it did however was a head scratcher. Only happened once and with light load reloads. [t]http://i.imgur.com/2LXo5gY.jpg[/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/IBNnHaD.jpg[/t] Be interesting to see if i could ever reproduce it.
What do people use for gun lube? I dropped $15 on a can of WD-40 brand silicone lube that seemed like a good idea for a gun. I'm going to use it instead of a mystery hardware store brand general purpose oil I've been using. At least with the can it won't spontaneously leak like every bottle of oil I've ever owned.
I just use breakfree CLP, works fine [editline]29th August 2016[/editline] @ 1911 dude that can happen when magazine feed lips get bent out of shape, the round it wants to put in the chamber jumps up too high If your magazine is aluminum, throw it away and get steel mags. If it's steel, well, you've already encountered one of the 1911's biggest problems. You'll need to bend the feed lips back.
Breakfree CLP is my go to, but that's only because I haven't been able to find Slip2k in years. That was the smoothest gun lube I've ever used.
I just use some light weight motor oil. Most lubricants you buy for guns are just watered down motor oil anyways.
Like 5w-30?
I just use some light weight motor oil. Most lubricants you buy for guns are just watered down motor oil anyways.
Please don't get your dream C96 and then slather it in motor oil. That shit will ruin the grips.
