Or being gay. Anyway, the difference is self-control. There's millions of potential murderers every day, but people have the common sense and hold on reality to dictate what they do is wrong. Persecuting someone for their thoughts, or likes/dislikes is preposterous. Persecuting them for doing stupid shit is justice.

Someone could be born with a condition where they emit toxic vapors. It isn't their fault, but it doesn't mean we should let them linger with the rest of society.
