it literally says "Romania" when you hover over his flagdog though
It's strange how much this looks like an american mall. Even the design principles are the same
So much from smashing a dozen phones and a couple laptops? Talk about overpriced crap.
they're more than likely including the security (which apple never reuses, once security devices are removed they get replaced) and possibly replacing the wooden tabletops due to aesthetic damages because it's apple
also keep in mind apple spares no expense when it comes to their interior design - those advertisements you see on the wall for their products? those are imported japanese fabrics that each cost thousands of dollars, and they're extremely delicate as well - if stretched too taut when put up it'll rip and need to be replaced
apple is fucking dumb but they've got their receipt for everything so I'm sure they could justify it somehow

whoosh
I was surprised I didn't see loss prevention run in and tackle the manbaby into the cold ground.
I've seen security get super physical on people for far less than what he was doing.
Maybe it's just an American thing or maybe it's because the mall I frequent is right on the border of the worst neighborhood in the city.
It's definitely either a USA or your-city thing. At least here in Germany security generally doesn't do that, and I assume it's similar in France.
[sp]It probably has something to do with gun proliferation, but if you're reading this PLEASE don't derail the thread.[/sp]

Thinking about it, I don't think I've ever actually seen mall security myself. It's probably because they're all in plain clothes here though. The only exception was when I was in London.
Hes just mad cause he drilled in a headphone port and then his phone stopped working.

My mom works with asset protection at Walmart. They can't grab or tackle you. They could block your path, probably much like what is done in the start of this video.
And your gun logic makes no sense. "The guy might have a gun, let's tackle him for stealing!". So you're gonna directly assault someone that could possibly have a gun? If anything, there's more of an argument that you'd be less likely to tackle a guy that could have one. You going to get shot for your shitty department store?
What an ass

I assumed that someone who's incapacitated that way would be unable to draw it (or other weapons). Thanks for the information though! That means it only applies to that city or store.
I'm pretty sure using force to prevent theft is legal in both of our countries if necessary, but is ill-advised due to legal trouble that could arise. I assume it's a company policy then.
MaxOfS2D has really let himself go.

Depends entirely on where you work, at Home Depot the asset protection associates have every right to grab, tackle, and handcuff you if you try to flee.

Jesus, what is this, middle school? Aren't the mall guards at least allowed to fucking deck the guy once he starts acting out? :v:
The way they just push around each other at the beginning, what the hell
