skunk is anywhere from 1.5-3gs but my usual dealers usually do 2 or 3gs depending on how much they picked up

Yeah that's in america, he's talking about the UK where suspringingly people speak differently etc. Everyone over here calls £20s worth being an 1/8th from back when spending £20 would actually get you an eighth but most dealers just do poundapoint.

anyways I dunno weed prices where I am are really standard $10/g for average bud (Vancouver average - dank) and maybe $40 for an eighth of the good stuff. But once you get over a quarter prices go down fast. $110 for a half, $190-$200 for an ounce etc.

because dealers gradually started bringing an eighth down from 3.5 in an attempt to make more money by ripping people off and now the norm for an eighth is 2gs. And people don't say and eighth and mean it, they just mean a 20bag. Even 4gs is known as a quarter now, even though it's like 3gs away from being one.
You do occasionally come across actual eighths, but that's usually with hash or shit bud
