Seriously, this is a HUGE privacy breach, its not like most citizens just lay down and take that, besides when the millions of false positives start showing up, you'll see some pissed off parents/people.

It's not like the FBI/CIA/NSA are gonna come and knock down the door of every person who steals an MP3. It's gonna be one of those laws that will never be enforced. It actually already pretty much is a law that's never enforced.

It's not like the government is going to go out and arrest everyone who downloads an mp3, movie, or game. This is about going after uploaders.

I agree, this is the internet. We can't be there to patch every little boo-boo you get. You chose this platform and you take the consequences.
Plus like it's been said before, use a secure release platform like i-tunes or steam instead of youtube and others.
I actually blame the companies and the people.
The companies need to lower their prices and the people need to save their fucking money.
