One can only hope.
Not really It branched off into several Sub-cultures, each more retarded than the last.
Emo was never a style, it's just a music genre. You're all thinking of goth and scene kids, or a mixture thereof.
All dead from blood loss. Hopefully.
I've noticed a decrease in the emo population. Hope that vampire bullshit will go away too.
I thought people got over this shit when they got older. I mean like the emo style goes out around the age of 19 or so.
Emo = Emotianal i have emotions. i am emo :buddy:
Yeah, it's all done by now
i dunno LOL i just copy what my friends doo XD
Don't troll, your not good at it.
now if we can just get rid of all the goddamn hipsters and "rave" faggots
And gangstas. Had 1 in my class who basically made me want vacations. As soon as he left, I started actually loving school. No hipsters on my class either so everything was cool :buddy:
They're not dead... YET
Now it just people with those gay haircuts, they wear normal clothes and do normal shit now though.
Emo/Scene is passe, trip-fags are almost out (worse than the former, good reddens) and hipsters are comin' in to the scene baby!
Emo = Emotianal i have emotions. i am emo :buddy:
You have no idea what emo is, but nice try.
-snip-
Most of the emo kids merged into the hardcore scene now and act and dress much differently.
In town, it's emo central, so no the culture isn't dead. They are mostly the wannabe ones though. The "omg my life sucks i wanna kill myself" kind.
Hipsters though. Everywhere in my town.
You're kinda late if you want to be an emu
No, not even remotely. I don't know about the rest of you guys, but I see them just about everywhere I go.
Around here theyre either scene kids, less than chavvy people or sometimes punks...
I'd like to hope so they are all nothing but a bunch of whiny babies.
emos are long gone, hipsters are taking the streets now I hate both equally
Emo = Emotianal i have emotions. i am emo :buddy:
Anal?
There are alot less visible emos, because most of them dress normally but still listen to their emo shit. At least at my school anyway.
scene is still prevalent but certainly less visible in my area (greater toronto area). hipsters are rare (i imagine they're plentiful in more urban areas), and rave is pretty much nonexistent.
Hipster: Not hipster: Just wanted to clarify that.
I hope it is.
Yeah, ocasionally I can see an emo kid at some point, but like a couple of years ago they were everywhere. What happened to them? In other words, where the fuck are them? Maybe it's just me, not focusing on them and I think they are gone? Have anyone else seen this?
It's something you grow out of and become incredibly ashamed of later in life.
