Since the thread is covertly transitioning to Converse, I used to find Converse to be cool. They still are, but WAY too many people are jumping in on it, it's annoying and overused. The only thing that pisses me off more is when they buy the shoes without hightops. ffs, Converse was all about hightops, it's annoying to see people wearing those fake "low rider :buddy:" All-Stars. If I happen to run into someone wearing hightops, I congratulate them.
I had a pair of high tops converse, cost me an arm and a leg at the time (I was only 14 £40 seemed like a lot of money) but I wore them until they broke down. Now I have a pair of Osiris' and I am not taking nearly enough care of them :(
I don't understand how you can even wear them longer than 3 seconds seeing as they are made out of paper towels and canvas. And even then they cost a bunch. They should be close to worthless.
All the emo's converted to furfaggotry, that's what happened to them. The connection is clear; in the year 2005 emo's were pretty much everywhere. Then in year 2009 something happened, the amount of emo's rapidly decreased but the population of furries increased tenfold. It has been presumed that the emo's realized that they could draw themselfs as furry emo dragons, and thought that their new "persona" represents them a lot better than their "human form" That is one theory
but how can dragon be fur? dragon have scale instead ಠ_ಠ [editline]09:56PM[/editline]
I don't understand how you can even wear them longer than 3 seconds seeing as they are made out of paper towels and canvas.
You're supposed to get arch support, I wear that now and my feet are fine in that area.
I have insoles for my school shoes, but I can't find any trainers that either have good arch support or that I can get my foot in with an insole as well.

I have a pair of lows because they're cheaper and Winners only had the one pair. Also why I got purple instead of regular black
New thing is ..how it's called? Rave shit or whatever Scene shit
I hate this new rave fad. Also scenes.

Keep beating it!
Well then you like boring pop-sounding music. :colbert:
you've never heard any indie have you?

i thought it died ~2006
They died out about 09, then they started to come back a bit, but over here in cambridge, they are kinda everywhere. Walk on to on park and you can not look in any direction without seeing one.
Oh god I want to live in cambridge so fucking bad.
Am I the only person who actually likes the hipster style? I don't go for it myself, but it generally looks fairly good.
