you guys are all idiots only nukes have an explosion that big ;)
I'm sure I've seen an explosion of this magnitude while playing with pepsi and mentos in the past.
it was a fucking MOAB israel has a boatload of those if it were a nuke, it'd be a lot bigger
it was a fucking MOAB
It was a Mother Of All Bimbs?
It was a Mother Of All Bimbs?
yes, you can tell by the "sparks". iirc those are just flecks of superheated rock or something, i forget the chemistry behind thermobaric bombs [editline]5th May 2013[/editline] just noticed the "bimb" i feel quite silly now
Given for how long the flare of it was, I'd say it's a slow-burning thermobaric bomb,
the only known production is of 15 units at the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant in 2003 in support of the Iraq War. A single MOAB was moved to the Persian Gulf area in April 2003 but it was never used.[SUP][4][/SUP] Since none of those are known to have been used as of early 2007, the U.S. inventory of GBU-43/B presumably remains at approximately 15.

Citation needed.
While he could technically mean the old BLU-82's (can't find anything about Israel having them though) I honestly cannot see why Israel would want to drop one on Syria. [editline]5th May 2013[/editline] In fact here's another video of it
No its BLU-109 or a GBU-28. Those are the only bunker busters Israel has that could do the job.

It just looks funny to me.
Just a large bomb. Not even as big as the MOAB. All the light lighting up the dust and smoke just makes it look big
My asshole would just drop in fear.
I know it's a really common phrase over yonder, but I really hate how much they say 'Allahu Akbar.'
It's the same as a bunch of americans saying Jesus Christ. (it means god is great pretty much) My guess is that it's an ammo dump or something going off. Since it's obvious the places was bombed before hand in the other videos - lots of fire here and there.
Loving the thread title. This should be a thing.
