I work at KFC and I would never do any of that to a customer. Besides, it's just a dumb joke at their own expense, nothing to get too worked up over like some of the workers are.

soz but those guys in the cars in op's video were handling it very wrong they were almost going out of their way to be rude, so of course the employees would be pissed off this isn't about how you take your ice-cream, it's about a breach in mutual respect pranks shouldn't invoke pity or sympathy; those guys in the video were basically huge assholes about it, so it makes me side with the victimized employees

OP's stupidity was more entertaining in the first page than those idiots in the video.
