I'm not the OP however. The OP brought this whole situtation upon himself, each of his relatives did. Mostly his mother, since they were just little kids when this happened. The mother had a shitload of options to prevent this. Filing for divorce, getting a restraining order, contacting the police. Then once OP and his sister came of age to understand what was going on, they could've called the police. But they didn't. They were shocked into "fear" by some cowardice act of their mother, because she wouldn't react, they learned not to react either.
