I'm still wondering how she got your name and full address, and acted on it six years later. When your dad called your name and she apparently heard it, did she yell it in this format?

Other wise, how from a first name did she find you, some random fucking lady, even if for some reason your father does call you by full name. Also how did your father not notice this?

Ive heard of a type of service where you can get free 'consulting' and see your options at this point.

Now, just through speculation, these bills might be from some long-term treatment she had over the years and is probably having trouble paying for it. So, she found the person that caused the injury and now will try to gain some money.

Since your father was the legal guardian and you were a minor and the bike had 'mechanical' issues, this will be a rather an odd case against helpless lady.

I hope you have liability insurance.
