A lady i ran over with my bike 8 years ago wants me to pay her $13k. What do i do? - General

I'm not sure if I believe in this but if it's true, what's the problem? You really should just claim ignorance and pretend they've got the wrong person. There is no way anyone can prove that you're the scumbag who ruined that woman's life.

So the daughter of an elderly woman is suing you for an incident occuring when you were 12 and were learning to ride a bicycle, and the only thing that was used to identify you was your first name? There is also the fact that she has no proof that the child that ran over her grandmother was a citizen of the country, it could have been a tourist. This discredits the idea of simply searching the yellow pages.
