I didn't find him that funny, he just bashed on Fred and Ray, which is so overdone it's pathetic.

Penn and Teller didn't realize he's a troll.
Without the weight he looks too skinny to fit his shtick.
He sounds like the lanky blonde guy from Mega64, not the Keith Richards but more smug voice I (and subsequently everyone else) pictured him having.
While his points are always accurate and his mannerisms are hilarious, he himself does not fit the bill to play the character "Maddox" he has created.
