Your wrong. To view the picture he had to download the picture right? Which means he connected a connection to the host thus allowing them to get his IP.

This and its NOT a trick i had a few guys come to the house and ask me some Q's but being 16 they said just be more careful and stay off the site

If it was on your phone you need to phone as many people as you can in as short a time as possible (but you can't phone the same number more than once) This will most likely mess with the IP and delete most the browsers history if you make them long conversations (this is because the phone needs memory and will take it from places that don't really need it such as the browser history). As long as you don't phone 911 you're fine.
