and if crime is good, why bother stopping kids smoking?
and if crime is good, why bother stopping kids smoking?
Why not? What do the kids benefit from smoking them? They benefit much more if they don't.
And I'm sure the single mother getting her window smashed in by youths appreciates that just as much as the window maker does
Then the police get involved and the youth in question gets dealt with.
good job mate those kids totally deserve it
Are you suggesting it isn't?
inb4 "GOVERNMENT IS OPPRESSING US HELP"
I see a lot of coppers around where I live throwing their weight around, parking in disabled spaces, doing unwarranted searches on peoples property, as bad as the crime is, doesn't mean the law can be worse.
What if they threaten to call social services?
firstly, they wouldn't. people in the wrong are very unlikely to call on any authority because they will get caught as well.
secondly, what would they tell social services - this big guy asked us to hand the cigarettes over?
Good job Op. :)
and if crime is good, why bother stopping kids smoking?
It's not good for them, while it does benefit the economy, it doesn't benefit their health, but if you live in the UK then buying cigarettes pays for your health with all the taxation.
12 isn't teenager
and they would have, since op could have clearly beaten up them up and they would have known that it was either them handing it over, or op restraining them all and calling the police
the self righteous teenager I was referring to was the OP.
Oh, I must not know the youth of today then. Cause kids in Scotland would say "shut up you stupid cunt :v:!" and carry on with their day and laugh at how stupid you looked with more of their friends later.
Why not? What do the kids benefit from smoking them? They benefit much more if they don't.
but they still will, that's my point. It's like taking a rock away from a crack addict. He's going to get another rock, just try and stop him.

oh god here we go
The law isn't above the Law (caps make the difference).
Why don't you try reporting them?

it is if you're under the age of 18
But crime benefits the economy.
If a kid breaks a window, the shop keeper has to pay a window man to get more windows to replace the broken ones, the window man can then spend this money on goods at the shop keepers shop, so the shop keeper gets his money back.
reality:
kid breaks window
shopkeeper demands that the kid will pay up for the window
kid's already poor parents pay the window which probably costs like shit
kid learns nothing and their parents are even deeper in debt
but they still will, that's my point. It's like taking a rock away from a crack addict. He's going to get another rock, just try and stop him.
It's good to make an example of people.
wow you beat up a little kid ur a hero!
if i was the kid and OP came up to me trying to be all self righteous i would have kicked him in the nads yo

and then to top it off i'd blow my smoke in his face, all classy like
Yea, way to ruin someone's day... prick..

Not a grass. I was raised by an East london family. The number one rule is don't grass, no matter what. I wouldn't tell on a kid selling crack, why would I tell on a copper parking on double yellows?

They engaged combat first, the push was self defense :v:

Contrary to common belief, he actually is.

So you go on about the law and shit yet you don't lift a finger to try and uphold it yourself?

My nuts are too high for you to kick.
Wow. You're so fucking cool. So you insulted and stole from a bunch of prepubescent middle-schoolers? I wish I was as cool as you are.
To answer your question. You were being an ass.
They were *gasp* SMOKING!? Spitting and cursing as well?? You sound like a grumpy old man with saggy balls.
18 is the legal age to smoke, buy, have, whatever in the united states. skparagon needs to learn the law
Nope, I have had a police officer come to my high school and tell us specific laws on Cigarettes (as a lot of kids go outside during their lunch to smoke, starting from freshman year) The teachers watch them and do nothing as long as they're not on school grounds. You sir are wrong, Google it if you don't believe me.
