I tend to oversleep by a fuckton I go to bed at 4am, and I'll wake up at 8pm the next day :[
Oh shit. I do this as well. Reverse insomnia? :v:
I had insomnia for a fair while, i fixed it the wrong way though, i'd drink pretty much every night until i passed out.. after about a month of the constant drinking i started to sleep again but now my sleep routine is fucked up and im pretty much nocturnal now, but it's ok on weekends when the clubs are alive.

I feel with you, I have stuff like that too sometimes. Here's what helps for me:

Get up and go to drink something, best is a warm tea or something like that (not coffee of course)
Read a book with very dim light (always gets me). Because of the dim light your eyes and your brain get tired very fast.
Listen to music or an audiobook. Always better than hearing yourself thinking.
Eat enouhg before going to bed, but at least 2 hours before that.
Do something during the day, exercising until your body hurts
Shut down the PC 2 hours before you go to bed
The thinking is the worst part. I know that, I do it all the time. And, to be honest, I haven't got a method to stop it. I had one night where I thought myself into panic, thinking what happens when my mother would die (one of the worst nights I ever had). You need to break the circle as fast as possible by doing something else (like something I listed above). Give yourself something else to concentrate on than yourself, like having your cat or whatever sleep in your bed and petting it. I just know something you shouldn't do at all: Lying in bed for 6 hours or more awake. If it keeps getting worse, or it stays like that over a long time, go to see a doctor or a psychiatrist. There's nothing wrong with seeking help from a professional. Hope that helps
Insomnia
Looks like you... Need to see a doctor. Ask him to prescribe you some low dosage high strength sleeping pills, or, if you are a pussy-hat like me, ask him for some syrup to calm you the fuck down. If the above fails and you need to feel good before you die of sleep deprivation (which you won't); Ever thought of what they drank at the last dinner? No, not Horlicks, you moron.
Literally, no sleep at all. For example, I wake up at around 6:30 in the morning
Where I stopped reading You're exaggerating
Try sleeping.
Every time I feel sick I just get high off of Weed. It really does help.
This. My friend broke his elbow falling down the stairs. He lit up a joint and everything was okay. It still clicks though.
Where I stopped reading You're exaggerating
Funny how you stopped reading in two places.
Try melatonin.
I've got the same as you, but not that extreme. Ever since I went to sleep a 6am and got up at 6pm in summer vacations I can't properly sleep anymore...
