My hands are up my top.
So what part of "Your best Paint Art" did you miss then?
I would actually consider this one the pinnacle of what I've drawn, and it only took me... 1 ½ hours whereas I've spent a lot more time on other pieces of similar or even smaller size ; Edit : I had to fix a small but glaring error ;

I'll see what I can do tomorrow.

Draw more like that, it is defiantly one of the best things you've drawn i'd love to see you be able to draw something like that but on a bigger scale
Draw more like that, it is defiantly one of the best things you've drawn i'd love to see you be able to draw something like that but on a bigger scale
I really need to work on that so it might not be too unrealistic to see something like that but at a larger scale. Thanks :3:
I normally delete all my paint art after a while, because I start not liking them :frown:
You shouldn't, save everything you have so that you can look back at it and notice how much you've progressed. I dislike a lot of what I've drawn before but it's important to save those things. It can be inspiring to see how far you've progressed and it's really hard to do that (and you enter a state of "I'm not improving!") when you don't have older pictures to compare with. Don't be ashamed of what you've drawn, only be ashamed of what you haven't drawn.
this is the reason I don't delete stuff from my deviantart. Also, holy shit it's blinking.
I really should do that too, I haven't really updated my DA in ages. Oh and here's the first gif I made with the eyes, but I didn't think the eyes turned out that well so I cut those frames of and just did him blinking;
I prefer more scene making and sprite working in my Paint. Real pain without layers. A lot of assembly required. Worth the results. A little series of scenes I made using Paint and Metal Slug sprites. "Black Ops 'Heavenly Spire' Division" Phase 1: Phase 2: Phase 3: Phase 4: Made all four over the course of the weekend. Will add background later.

You must be familiar with Paul Robertson who sprites and pixels stuff. He turns these things into animation but we think he uses witchcraft. I'd like to see more of your paints, probably everyone down here wants to see more of your paints.
you realize he didn't make those right? He just arranged premade metal slug sprites
you realize he didn't make those right? He just arranged premade metal slug sprites
So? It's still art. I have seen nobody done a thing like that before.
So? It's still art. I have seen nobody done a thing like that before.
You actually draw any of it?
You actually draw any of it?
I didn't understand what you meant, sorry. Again?
I didn't understand what you meant, sorry. Again?
Thought you were the poster above sorry. Drama/confusion/internets.

What metal slug game is that I don't remember seeing those guys.
Metal Slug 5. It was sort of the black sheep of the series. Introduced a brand new antagonist and mechanics (i.e. ground sliding, enemy types, etc.) I always liked sprite work, so I went a head and created these. Again, I only arranged them, however, it was still painstaking as many of the sprites had to be editted in order to fit the scheme and lack of layers called on 'imaginative thinking'. Thank you for the positive comments. I'll post more work when I can.
I'm conflicted on what to think ; On one hand, that is pretty well made in terms of arranging the sprites, it looks natural and provides something that looks good. On the other hand though, you're using sprites that someone else made (and I don't know how they have made the copyright rules on those spritesheets) without really drawing anything yourself. It really doesn't quite fit under the screenshot-subforum but I'm not sure if it goes under MS Paint forum either, in fact I don't know what it fit under. So I guess two questions remain ; 1) Do you have a permission to use those sheets? I'm still unsure what copyrights they have and it may be true that you don't use it to get profit, but it can still get you in some trouble with using things you have no right to use. 2) What are you capable of drawing? I think you could draw some background to the arrangements atleast, it looks really empty with the white background.
I think this may be my best drawing, despite being something I drew quickly for a completely ridiculous thread. [IMG]http://imgur.com/SvML8.png][/IMG] This was the template.
I'd say you made a good job out of a bad one. Have a winner.

Gosh, uhm... I haven't done anything worthwhile with paint in a long time. Maybe some doodles but... Yeah... I've been spoiled by Photoshop. Lemme see if I can whip up something real good.
Here you go. Ah, my Mega Man nerdism shows through again. Not really my "best" but it's the best I have that I know where it is/can get my hands on easily. All legit MS Paint (God I hate the Win 7 version) except for the visor, I did that in photoshop because I didn't know what to do with it in Paint... But other then that! It's all MS Paint.
ooooh nice
