but it does have 100% at RT (Evil Dead 2 has 98%, I mean wtf).
Like, don't get me wrong I love the first movie, but probably mostly because of how much more I love the second, and to a lesser extent the third.

Yeah I read that the second one has a bit humour in it and it's kinda different from the first one.
I'll go grab them from the nearby store tomorrow.
I think Evil Dead 1 aged well considering that it was pretty low budget. The effects are pretty interesting to see compared to today's CGI.

I don't wanna say too much, but the character Will Farrell lost his job, his wife, his home, and he lives on his front yard. Its not a comedy though (it has comedy in it however), but i thought it was a really good movie. You should check it out

What movie have you been watching?
The acting is shit, the effects are shit, the pacing is shit, the "scares" are shit.
It aged terribly, and the only interesting segment of it are the last 10 or so minutes.
A low budget ain't an excuse for shit.

Yes, but you see, my aunt doesn't really look at it that way. She just saw it as "funny guy with accent, sex, funny guy with accent, sex, etc." She definitely enjoyed it. She was laughing the whole way through. But there is one thing I'll never forget:
My aunt: (during the first sex scene) It looks like dogs fucking!
