Is the new Conan movie watchable?
Don't bother watching it.
Monty Python's Life of Brian
I enjoyed it a lot, it is definitely rewatchable.. but I prefer Holy Grail. There's just plenty more "character" in that as compared to this.
However, since it does take the piss about Jesus on the cross and does it quite well. 8/10
Lord of the Rings is the best trilogy ever made. You are so far in the minority with your flaming that its like WBC vs. the U.S.
I'd say Star Wars Original is way better, but Nolan's Batman trilogy tops both and the third one isn't even out yet but you just know it's going to kick all kinds of ass.

Dollars Trilogy is better than both. Due to it getting better for each movie.
Just watched the film "the town". Great film I'd give it an 8/10. It also contains one of the best scenes ever.

Loved the gun sound in The Town.
Unlike most movies they actually sounded like guns.

the most amazing movie i've ever
Boogie Nights
9/10
Awesome disco music, and I really enjoyed Burt Reynolds performance. Paul Thomas Anderson is a one of the most diverse directors around.
The Town, great movie, I give it 9/10.
Gotta say that Ben Affleck was great in this and Rebecca Hall was gorgeous.
Also Blake Lively played the white trash part very well!..
Watched the Human Centipede
this is my rating

Rise of the Planet of the Apes 5/10
The story and the characters are forgettable....the extremely slow pace of the movie builds up to a silly and wasted ending. A bad addition to the series.

my favourite scene was the 'Whose car we taking' scene, because if you've ever had a friend like that, it's a beautiful situation

It's like you missed the point of the movie. It wasn't the human characters, it was about Ceasar and the monkeys. And I certainly don't see how the ending was wasted.
Mallrats 7/10
It was pretty okay. Kind of dumb, but it was entertaining and that was enough.
I watched the first half of Metropolis. I really do like the story so far, but it's just so slow moving I had to take a break. I guess that's just how movies were back then?
Only one of the best crime movies ever made, Quentin Tarantino's Pulp Fiction
10/10
Reservoir Dogs is better.
Reservoir Dogs is like bite-sized Tarantino. You get the violence and the Seinfeld dialogue but I just thought Pulp Fiction is a lot more realized.
it's because he had a bigger budget for pulp fiction
unlike most people here who are unlawfully seeing the human centipede 2 and watching the only available copy which is the UK cut version, i have booked my tickets to an UNCUT SCREENING

The Human Centipede II: Full sequence 5/10
i don't know if it was the cut or uncut version, but i didn't like it.
If you obtained it via unlawful methods, it's cut.
Cannibal Holocaust
3/10
What the film has going for it: good, realistic gore (and in the case of the animal deaths, real), shock value
what the film has going against it: literally everything else
The movie bashes you over the head with the whole "are the cannibals really the savages or is it the white people?" message in the worst way available. The camera crew that goes missing does a bunch of horrible shit to the natives without any clear motivation to do so, kind of like captain planet villains. There isn't a single likeable, relatable character in the mix and the poor acting really doesn't help.
In the end we ended up laughing at how absurd the film became with its hilariously unfitting soundtrack and over-the-top "shock" scenes and even then we didn't gather much entertainment from it.
Easily skippable film
Cars 2
8.5/10
Not as bad reviews say it is
Transformers 3
5/10
2 hour long Chevrolet commercial
If you obtained it via unlawful methods, it's cut.
well i don't think the uncut version will drastically change my opinion on this film.
It's just a disturbing movie with no actual thrills, no engaging storyline etc...just violence.
Rise of the Planet of the Apes
9/10
Stand by me 9/10
sweet sweet nostalgia
