Once Upon A Time in the West 8.5/10 It was good and the soundtrack was phenomenal as expected but I liked the MWNN trilogy much more
The A Team - 9/10 Would watch again
Source Code 9/10 It had an excellent plot, I really enjoyed the movie. At some stages, it seem to get repetitive, but it had a great twist at the end.
U Turn hmmm, 7/10? It was interesting, but pretty predictable. Still enjoyed it.
It's still REALLY expansive. 3D tickets in my country cost 10$, and I find this too expansive too..
3D tickets in my country cost 24 dollars. Normal ones cost 'bout 20.
3D tickets in my country cost 24 dollars. Normal ones cost 'bout 20.
I cry every time I pay for a ticket.
My friend always buys me some. Love that guy!
horrible bosses 9/10 lmao
The Hangover 8/10
Double Team, something around a 6/10. We have a basketball player who looks like he dyes his hair with a bucket of paint and a Belgian with a hilariously incomprehensible accent (Will somebody tell me what the hell a 'bakkacout' is?) who don't team up until about halfway in, there's basketball puns all over the fucking place and a whole lot of weird bullshit. And what can best be described as cyber monks. No, I'm not joking. Oh yeah and it pulls an Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull about 11 years before that. Right after killing off its villain in the most stupidly over the top manner ever. Next up, lord help me, might just be Bio-Dome.
J. Edgar - 7/10.
Let the right one in - original Swedish one. 9/10
Real Steel. Average, we have robots beating themsleves up + father-son drama, basically. Looks a little like Rocky, with robots. It's not deep enough, though. 6.5/10
Independence Day meh/10 There are some very impressive special effects but I just wasn't really compelled by it all. The only character I really cared about was Will Smith's, but really that's only because he's Will Smith.
Contagion 6/10... it started pretty well but it became bland and boring afterwards... :/
Moneyball 8/10 really good performances, and really gripping baseball game portrayal (i don't like baseball)
Moneyball 8/10 really good performances, and really gripping baseball game portrayal (i don't like baseball)
is that the film with a bobby kottick cameo?
that's the one I didn't get around to seeing it because I don't like sports movies in general but maybe I ought to give it another chance
hes actually in it twice and hes surprisingly good, although im sure his role isn't far from his real life job (being a big wig who denies people money) i dont like sports movies at all, but there are some sports movies that transcend a love for sports, its just a good, at times gripping movie

Trick'r'Treat 7/10 Kind of gets stale, but it's never really boring. Also, hardly scary at all, but pretty nice for a modern horror film.
Surely me and my best friend can't be the only ones who dislike Jim Carrey and his slapstick humor?
Surely me and my best friend can't be the only ones who dislike Jim Carrey and his slapstick humor?
He's not trying to piss anyone off, that's the thing.
I'm not angry at him or anything, I just think his comedy is incredibly obnoxious and I'm surprised with how many people disagreed with me.
I'm not angry at him or anything, I just think his comedy is incredibly obnoxious and I'm surprised with how many people disagreed with me.
I think he's gained the respect of people due to Truman Show and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. I still don't know how you couldn't have liked Me Myself and Irene.
I haven't seen seen the Truman show, and he was quite good in Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless mind. I actually really liked that one. But still in general, it's just an opinion.
jim carreys skits only suck when theyre on terrible shows and he didnt write them aka saturday night live sketches are atrocious even when hes in them
I'm not angry at him or anything, I just think his comedy is incredibly obnoxious and I'm surprised with how many people disagreed with me.
depends which movies of his you have watched. if you have seen only Ace Ventura you might be pissed about his humor because it's really over the top in those films. Other movies like Truman Show, The Cable guy and Liar Liar show some really impressive performances and the humor is less slapstick.
Milk Money wtf/10 This is without a doubt the weirdest and creepiest movie I've ever seen with a plot to go. It's hard to believe they actually thought 'yup, this'll go down well'. Goddammit, I need to lay off the hilariously bad movies. Anybody got some ideas?
