memento 8/10 i like it, i forgot cypher was the bad guy too, i hope there are more good movies with him in the bad guy role. with the whole irreversible thing i think that these films compliment each other. also i own the same exact suit leonard wears. cept i only wear the jacket. and guy pearce looks exactly like a younger version of my psychiatrist. same hair and everything. bonus
Rusty, what movies are lucky enough of your approval? It seems like you hate everything.
no he's just super critical or at least tries to be, like yahtzee or something. just less lovable than him. that and he likes trolling people.
Rusty, what movies are lucky enough of your approval? It seems like you hate everything.
He likes movies that make you feel something.
Clash of the Titans 10/10 I'm suprised this got such low reviews, it was a fantastic movie in my opinion.
Rusty, what movies are lucky enough of your approval? It seems like you hate everything.
He likes the best movies man.

what elements make a movie bad?
what elements make a movie bad?
Its lack of keeping the viewer intrigued.
what elements make a movie bad?
Poor writing is usually a major fault. Which also leads to many other components of the film to be bad. Stuff needs to be well written.
I just watched The Day the Earth Stood Still. I thought it was alright, because I love Keanu Reeves. [sp]He said though that humans would be saved, but at a price. What was the price? No electricity? (Like it showed at the end).[/sp]
oh god rusty is even from Australia. rusty do you fancy trilbies? so you can't appreciate films on other merits besides writing?
so you can't appreciate films on other merits besides writing?
He just said "usually" a major fault.
misread.
Just rewatched Magnolia. It was good as always. I give it a I don't know/what to rate it.
Miley Cyrus Hustler parody porn 3/10 Wasn't funny or sexy. It made fun of Miley Cyrus tho so I give it a 3.
idk how u can say i hate everything, i love so many things i just hate bad movies.
I understand now, sorry Rusty.
Paul. 8/10 Pretty funny. Simon and Nick doing what they do best.
Initial D(2005) 9/10 The only problem was it was in chinese, not japanese.
Winter's Bone. 8.5/10 Really enjoyed it, loved how consistent the film was in mood and feel. I was slightly confused because you are told literally nothing about people and relationships, apart from what is discovered within the film, but I managed to piece it together quickly and easily so it didn't distract me.
As Good As It Gets [9 / 10] Utterly Hilarious, don't know if it's just my cynical sense of humour or my accute man crush on Jack Nicholson's acting but it is definitely a film to watch...
Apocalypse Now 7/10 Sucker Punch 4/10
Apocalypse Now 7/10
Care to elaborate?
It's just a war movie. What's so special about it?
It's just a war movie. What's so special about it?
Yep, just your average war movie. You're absolutely right.
I laughed when he stole the surf board
Super 8 9/10
Trainspotting 8/10 Oh god, the baby scenes.
Sucker Punch [7/10] Imagine when you're hearing somebody lie to you about things they did and how hard it was for them. Now imagine how much the director of 300 can emphasize that.
28 weeks later 4/10 I really liked 28 days later, but this was just bad and not entertaining at all.
