Source code 7/10, was very enjoyable.
Is "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" any good?
It tries too hard sometimes and drags on at some points, but it's a very enjoyable watch and the story is engaging.
True. I don't really care much for Lost though, the movie meant more.
You have to admit though, it makes for great pondering on how the human mind reacts and adapts to such an occurance. The scene where he is lying on the floor next to the bed flicking the lighter on and off too, incredibly thought provoking. Rusty is 100% correct. [editline]24th June 2011[/editline] Tom Hanks' performance was just outstanding as always.
Yeah we are saying that the movie is better and more meaningful than the program, right? I really liked the ending of it too. Tom Hanks is cool. :smugdog:

I liked Lost for its use of mythology and stuff, but I can't say it's relateable or meaningful. They built up these stories that end up saying something completely different. No consistency.
I wouldn't revisit it, but I do remember enjoying it midway.
Yeah, I seem to recall really enjoying it. It was sort of a 'father and son' thing, watching Lost.
i saw Green Lantern, it was really cool, but i'll give it a 7/10, because the plot was sort of predictable
Die Hard 9/10 Yippee ki-yay motherfucker.
district 9 10 of fucking 10
Insidious - wat/10 That shit didn't make any sense and I was laughing most of the time due to its stupidity.
Leaving Las Vegas - 10/10 Was expecting something good, but not that incredible. Nicolas Cage at his finest as well.
Do you guys know any good movies on Netflix? Donnie Darko was good, but I'm trying to find some more.

Memento, 9/10. Really just a brilliant film - I borrowed it ages ago and hadn't got around to watching it, just watched it now. Probably Nolan's best film, from those I've seen.
Don't watch S. Darko, it's awful.
I heard it has a good soundtrack though.
The Curious Case of Benjamin Button 9/10 Amazing soundtrack, good acting, good story and an all around beautiful movie. Loved it.
Super 8 was not what I expected but still pretty good.
Predators 7/10 "5 o'clock...bitch raping time" :v:
Enter the Void wat/wat Forrest Gump 10/10 Curious Case of BEnjamin Button 8/10 all 3 in a row
Predators 7/10 "5 o'clock...bitch raping time" :v:
best line in a movie ever Green Lantern 6/10 I was kinda disappointed with it. It just didn't do it for me.
best line in a movie ever Green Lantern 6/10 I was kinda disappointed with it. Was that pretty much how it went?
Last movie I watched was Jackass, 10/10 1000th post?
Green Lantern 4/10 was pretty cheesy, IMO
bollox.
There are plenty of scenes where I found myself neglecting the characters and wondering if the movie was intentionally "artsy" as opposed to say Forrest Gump (The movie everyone likes to compare Benjamin Button to) where I felt that every moment was genuine. Don't get me wrong, the acting and the premise were flawless, and taken as a whole the movie was absolutely stunning. However, there were very few instants that felt powerful on their own.
