Did I see FPS Russia?
He was the guy presenting the video? There's no way you didn't see him.
Well that was some good quality camera work!
I'd play paintball if it didn't hurt like a motherfucker
It depends, really.. Dashing from cover to cover gets the blood flowing and often you'll have to check your gear to see if you were tagged or not. I find that the paint hurts the most when you're least expecting it.
Damn I live less than an hour away I totally would have gone to this.
I'd play paintball if it didn't hurt like a motherfucker
Maybe if you're shot in the ear. Paintballs don't really hurt.
I wonder how it would look if someone removed the music and just added pew pew sounds to it Edit: That guy in that mini tank chair thing is really slow and can be shot real easy...
I feel like replacing all the sounds with actual gunfire sounds :v:

Anyone I've ever known, cops even, says it hurts for at least a few seconds. Maybe when you're adrenaline is rushing, you don't notice where you get hit, but after you cool down, you bloody well notice. Coming from someone with 3 years of experience.

I really wouldn't rate paintball hits above a 2/10 on the "somewhat uncomfortable" scale. Coming from someone with 11 years of experience.
I prefer Airsoft, but that looks like a fun match with all those players cramped up like that. I laughed when they hit the guy pointing right on the hand :v:
I'm surprised no one used the fat guy in the wheelchair for cover at 0:46 :v:
Yeah, they sting for a few seconds if you're shot in the back of the leg or something and you'll get bruises if you get shot up all the time because you can't use cover. They sting for a couple seconds, then you're fine. (unless you're playing skin) Coming from someone with 11 years of experience.
Pff doesn't hurt at all, Maybe if you're a pussy. Coming from someone with 49 years of experience.
The first time I played paintball I got shot in the mouth. Paint does not taste good

The pain is really dependent on those.

There were a few people banned from walk-on play at the pev's back by my parents place.
That guy with the skull mask at 1:32 would make a pretty awesome avatar.
I used to play at a course in Wisconsin called Splat Tag. They have an annual event where they open their entire massive woods ball and urban course and make it into one giant warzone. Two teams, and they have 800-900 people show up every year. They have tanks and all kinds of cool shit. Every year I've played there it rained like a motherfucker. It was like Vietnam.
imagine being a ref that would suck.
Eh, you've got a point. The assholes who freeze their paintballs are the worst though. There were a few people banned from walk-on play at the pev's back by my parents place.
Oh god I got hit on the finger with one of those frozen paintballs.
1:28. Fucking Ouch
Every summer a place here in Indy has a "D-Day" scenerio game. Then every winter they have a Stalingrad one.
I wish they showed the bruises afterward. I can only imagine how messed up that guy who took the wall of paintballs ended up.

First time I ever played paintball I had so much fun and it was intense. Got shot hard enough to make me bleed but didnt even notice it till it was all over. Should really play again sometime.
It's not bad if they break, it's the duds that hurt the worst. Though getting bunkered by someone with a ramp-up chip and electric hopper isn't exactly an experience I would like to go thru again.
Pff doesn't hurt at all, Maybe if you're a pussy. Coming from someone with 49 years of experience.
this guy was when they literally just threw buckets of paint on each other
That guy who got hit in the finger... ow
Imagine the friendly fire

It makes them very brittle, and if you can get one to exit the barrel without breaking inside the gun. It would feel exactly the same as getting bounced. [editline]11th July 2013[/editline] And playing rec ball once a month should not count as experience lol
From my experience of paintball (3 different sessions years ago with friends and strangers), people tend to think they are SAS Commandoes, particularly some of my military friends and they go in using all the verbal lingo and moves and still come out peppered with paint. It's always fun going to see your macho friends shattered by the end of it.
As cool as it looks, I can't imagine it being too fun with that many people. You wouldn't really be able to tell what's going on or who is on your team.

Teams of 10-20 would be the fucking bomb. I'm really excited because Fall is Paintball season for my family. We get a bunch of people together and go to courses we find out in the middle of nowhere and just go nuts with paint. Paintball does hurt like a bitch when you use shorts and a t-shirt, but the adrenaline and pain is all worth it. CTF is the best game. President is fun too.
