• Adam Sandler's "Blended" looks like it could actually be decent

I couldn't help but laugh at the generic trailer. "ADAM SANDLER IS JUST A REGULAR SINGLE FATHER. UNTIL *cue guitar riff with a feelgood vibe* HE MET A SINGLE MOTHER. THIS SUMMER ADAM SANDLER IS A BLENDER rated pg 13"
That trailer was so cliched it felt like a parody.
1:55 No way! THAT song!? I recognise that song!
It looks bad but not as bad as Jack and Jill. I kind of smiled at the "my mum's hot" bit, although it's been done before
Sorry to break it to you but Sandler was always shit. Now it's just really really stale old shit.
People like his old stuff because they were 12. Please go watch Billy Madison, The Waterboy, or Happy Gilmore as a twenty-something and tell me you genuinely think they are good films.

Are movie preferences objective now?
All his movies are an excuse for him to go on vacation.
All his movies are an excuse for him to siphon money out of the Hollywood system and get it in the hands of him and his failed SNL buddies. The only Sandler film I've seen is Don't Mess With the Zohan, I liked it at the start when it was Zohan doing over-the-top action movie shit but after he fakes his death it becomes immensely boring.
This looks like another Jack and Jill. Seriously, some of those scenes look like they were filmed in a weekend. And if the Dick's Sporting Goods brand and the random cameos isn't enough to tell you this is some kind of quick cash grab I don't know what is. This is what Sandler has been doing. He keeps producing these shitty movies, over inflating the budget, and inviting all of his super star friends in. He knows people will see it because he has his name on it. All those Billy Madison fanboy turds throw their money at him. This movie is going to make a ton of money, and his friends are going to walk away with a big old check. It's a scam. Sandler is a scam artist.
is this the sequel to 50 first dates
That looks just like a typical Adam Sandler movie tbh
I like Drew Berrymore. She used to be a messed up meth head heading for death before she was even well into her teens
a stand up gal [editline]5th April 2014[/editline]
This looks like another Jack and Jill. Click was bad, the whole ending came out of nowhere just to trick the audience into thinking the movie had any kind of real heart behind it. Adam Sandler is a fraud.
considering the nature of this film i'd say you're full of it ol' fellow
Give these a watch when you have the time: http://redlettermedia.com/half-in-the-bag/jack-and-jill/
The "this tshirt's on fireee" scene made me giggle so much :v:
greatest filmmaker of our time
We're the Millers is the only (very) good and humorous comedy i have seen since.. 2006 or so. Usually action/comedy movies give me the giggles but pure comedy movies like these are not really my think anymore.
jack and jill is an abortion but it isn't this movie...
Click had potential had it had more mature joke and less "It was all a dream" at the end.
Click had potential had it had more mature joke and less "It was all a dream" at the end.
Click's ending was so depressing though, I felt so much better when it was a dream. :v:
I think I spotted 4 advertizement placements... in just that one trailer.
this how can anyone watch click and say "this movie is bad"
click is like a shitty version of it's a wonderful life tbh
i like adam, but i think his script writers are terrible.
The most (ironically) hilarious part of the trailer to me was when that kid said "I have a hot mom" and the other kid was like "wow that's weird" It's a prime example of Adam Sandler movies telling you where all the jokes are supposed to be through the "straight man" who actually just points out what's going on. It reminds me of a scene in the Wedding Singer where he laughs at a fat kid and the punchline is supposed to be "the kid is fat and Adam Sandler notices this" It's like you say something funny and then someone else says "that was a joke" and everyone laughs at how great their joke was [editline]5th April 2014[/editline]
i like adam, but i think his script writers are terrible.
Look under "Screenplay By" in this image posted previously on this very thread
Watched Waterboy the other day and it was hilarious, the fuck are you on about? Are movie preferences objective now?
Preferences? Nope. Quality? Absolutely. There is a difference between Jack and Jill and Citizen Kane.
I've always been a fan of Sandler especially because of You don't mess with the Zohan. Now if you think I'm not allowed to have an opinion go on and rate me dumb.
Sad that you get dumbs for simply saying your opinion, jesus christ...

Literally the first second of the trailer is product placement and you think this looks like it could be decent?
