What if the Milky Way itself is alive? And looks at other universes (that is, if you follow the multiverse idea) wondering if there are other galaxies there?
Don't you guys get it?
We're an experiment and the Aliens are monitoring our development.
Gawsh.
Actually we created aliens, launched them into space, then contracted a disease that completely erased our species' entire memory of it.
That disease is responsible for religion.
Heres a question why would aliens want to come to earth, they definately won't if they saw the movie district 9.

hahaha
Universe doesn't expand in one direction you know.
That's true, but we have galaxies in all directions that are billions of light years away.
What if there are other humans out there? Living life in the exact same technological timezone as us( asin, they have no more or no less technology than us. ).
That would be pretty gay

But.. We are the humans, they would be humanoids then.
Fun fact: Did you guys know we know more things about the surface of mars than we do about the very deep spots in the ocean? just sayin
o.o
They've been here all along
So your saying there is no other intelligent life in the milky way but humans have seen very little of it so how do we know that other star don't have a solar system of their own yet sure it is less distance but still a long time to travel. Humans say there is nothing faster then light but we don't know that for sure out in space where there is almost no friction. Anyways we still have a long ways to go in technology they are most likely ahead of us there mabye the problem is our thick atmosphere is a)Destroying their ships b)Killing them if they leave the ship who knows.
:words:
How far away is it? 2,500,000 Light years. That's alot. We know for a fact nothing, except light, can go at or over the speed of light. So let's be optimistic and say they went just under the speed of light, by a tiny smidge. Of course, then it would take over 2,500,000 years. That's also alot. Two and a half million years. Keep in mind, about four thousand years ago, we had no civilizations.
In 2,500,000 years, you'd think they would die, run out of energy or other essentials, or have ship problems, or something?
What..?
[editline]12:56AM[/editline]
Nevermind. I understand now. You worded that strangely.
200 dumbs, is that a new FP record?
I have proof.
If you were a super advanced race with cloaks and shields, do you think humans (basically ants to you) would be able to find you? No... They could be right under our noses and we wouldnt know
We know for certain that there is no intelligent life in the milky way system
Found where all the logic is escaping! What do I do?
We know for certain that there is no intelligent life in the milky way system, besides us.
wat
Let's be optimistic, and sey they are somewhere in the closest galaxy, the Andromeda galaxy.
Misspell.
There is no proof there is no life in the Milky Way besides us. Our solar system? Yes, we're alone, but the galaxy? No. We HAVE found other planets that look to be able to support life in our galaxy, how is that impossible for them to live in our galaxy? I doubt aliens have visited us, but they can, and probably do exist in our galaxy.
Whether Aliens exist or not, it would be pretty hot to hook up with some sexy space babes. :smug:
Oh god, not this thread again...
no trees blah blah blah. aliens came and gave egyptians intelligence blah blah blah
so that's what Indiana Jones was about...
But what about the sumerian pictures of aliens helping the early humans?o_o
Depends on what kind of x = x yu are trying to convey. 1 + 1 = 2 is true but Life on Earth equals life elsewhere is false.
Anywhere in the universe, 1 atom and another atom are always going to equal 2 atoms. They might have different ways of getting this answer, but it will always be true.
It's like saying that light will not go the speed of light anywhere else in the universe. It might not be true if the multiverse theory is correct, but in this plane of existence, X will undoubtably always be X.
i'm fairly certain that pretty much all of the data you used was not true at all
They're not aliens from other planets. They're Tasens coming to check up on their place of origin!
blah blah komato blah blah
not funny
