From the technical standpoint the quality of animation was stunning.

Toy Story 3 was great and a pretty well executed conclusion to the (Toy) story, but I just didn't like the new characters so much. I know it's entirely just because they're different and I'm older, but still. Also, am I the only one whose least favorite Pixar film (not counting Cars 2) was Ratatouille? I'm not quite sure what made me like it less than the others, but something about always just bothered me. Maybe it was the writing, maybe it was the acting, I don't really know. My fourth grade self wasn't that big of a fan. Anyone else feel what I'm feeling?
i put off watching Ratatouille for like 4 years because I didn't think it would be that great. what a mistake, when i finally got round to watching it I absolutely loved it
Worst non-Cars Pixar movie is Brave. Goddamn awful confusing-ass plot that was literally nothing like how it was advertised.
I think we all need to stop mentioning Cars 2. We all know its bad ok we get it. Brave was yeah disappointing. Although i loved the animation and soundtrack.
What I don't really get about 3D animated movies in general is that we keep having stylized cartoon characters in a real environment. Like, you'll have characters with grossly misshapen features and zero complexion with super-realistic hair and such. It's a contrast that leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

I too was reluctant but it definitely has to be one of my favourite Pixar movies.
Pixar is the closest we will come to a Garden of Eden. I'm totally not a blinded-by-the-glory fanboy. Nope. [editline]1st November 2013[/editline] I mean fuck, I liked Cars 2 and Brave is probably my favorite film ever (despite the story being really rushy) SUE ME
pixar should do more movies with that 60s minimalist vibe that the incredibles had
I just watched Monsters University that was really good tbh, it might get rated averagely but people have unfairly high standards one of the better teenager movies i've ever seen
