Yeah, well it means that you don't really get out much. Having too much though makes you look like either a slut or a prick, depending on your sex. Either way, having too much, you're still going to be envied and hated by most people. Especially if it fucks with someone's personal life, that's the kind of dumb shit that get's people killed. Having none at all is pretty much a signal that says "hey, they're something wrong with me, I'm not going to be a good father/potential mate otherwise someone would have gotten me yet." Plus it's just going to make you deeply depressed and hateful.
If you're upset about being a virgin, and you want to get a woman, here's some advice:
Women want a MAN. They want someone who's going to protect them, take control/guide them to have a good time/be there for them, and in a weird sort of way, dominate them somewhat. Another thing I've noticed is that large shoulders and generally all things that they would think as masculine are seen as attractive. Winning a fight actually turns them on, and if it's for said woman, especially in their defense, they'll go absolutely nuts for you. If you think about it in a Darwinian way, men evolved to be hunters, women foragers and child-bearers over thousands of years. So naturally they want a strong man to protect them, if not from bears and tigers than from other things like death by car accidents and nut jobs. You get the idea.
On another note, subconsciously it actually turns women on to [I]get pregnant[/I], and all the methods involved (coming inside, babies, etc). Another one is being good with kids. Think about that.
You want to have that woman? Take them out, show them a good time, make em' laugh and get lost in the moment, take them somewhere alone, and let them make the first move. If you think they aren't interested, they probably aren't. Finally, it's got to be as natural as possible. And finally, don't talk anything about said sexual/romantic/whatever experience in the beginning/one night stands because they're women, and it's somewhat degrading for them to be promiscuous.
Remember one rule: Don't talk about other women, and don't talk about your woman.
It's like how men see guys who get lots of women as pompous pricks who need a whupping and fuck any woman they come across, women tend to view women who sleep with lots of men as worthless tramps who spread their legs to any man they come across. It's a really similar mentality, in a different way.
And finally, remember a few tips: You're chances are infinitely better if you can communicate with said woman. You may not realize you're in love with said woman till they try to dump you/say hurtful things/cheat. Prolonged sex will always lead to attachment. And finally, the golden rule: You're chances are almost 90% if you can communicate with that woman and she's willing to have premarital sex. Some are longer than others.
Overall, if you do fall into a relationship, just remember that love is worth it. It really is, and being in love and having sex with the same person for the rest of your life may seem not so great at first, but it's a lot better than you think it is. For one, they know what turns you on, and you've had practice, because sex is different each time. Don't be afraid to leave if it isn't going to be right for you though.
But that's just my experience. I promise you if you follow this advice your chance at getting laid is far more.

I'm 18 and still a virgin, and I don't really think it's that bad. I can honestly say that I am the only one of my friends who is still a virgin. Sure, I've been asked out multiple times, but I didn't want to get caught up in a relationship because from what I've seen, its not that great in high school/college. My friends are almost never able to hang out because they are with their girlfriends, and when we do hang out, all they do is text each other. I would rather spend my time alone so that I can do whatever I want when I want and not hurt anyone's feelings by not wanting to be with them. After I am done with college and everything though, I may feel like getting in a relationship with somebody, but I really can't see myself living with someone for the rest of my life. That may be selfish, but that's just the way I am I guess. I am just waiting to get out of the learning phase of my life before becoming involved with this stuff.
