Actually, it can be pretty difficult to get someone pregnant. There is only one day in which a woman's egg can be fertilized during the month. Also, sperm doesn't even make it to the egg a lot of times. Of course a lot of pregnancies occur, and some of them go way against the odds, but statistically, getting someone pregnant can't be called easy. It is more about luck, or bad luck.
