Put some new tires on the Massey.
Primer'd the shit out of my hood after some dent repair. Need to do the same to both fenders... Or maybe change the fenders. Also need a new filler piece for the front and rear.
Drove it and tuned it a little.

Still need some oil lines, an oil feed, and some gaskets to turbo my wagon.

tuner made me do it :l
750cc? What kind of boost are you running, and what kinda cam profile do you have?
just future proofing, planning on maxing out the 18g w/ EWG and meth injection once I have enough cash to rebuild my tranny
Eww meth. Sucks you can't get E85.
I put my front bumper back on. What a bitch that was putting it on/off at least 15+ times trimming space for the front mount.

wait what the fuck am i doing
e85 it is
I still don't think the 750cc's are worth it. Some 550cc's might be better if the price isn't as high, 750cc... What kind of power are you planning on? I wouldn't think of putting 750cc injectors in a car I'm driving even semi-daily.

I daily drive 1050cc's. Drives like stock. With E85 you need bigger injectors.
I know, but still. If he isn't planning on putting down something like 400-500hp+, I don't see any reason a set of 550-650cc wouldn't do.
[editline]5th April 2011[/editline]
Not that he shouldn't get the 750cc injectors, I'm just trying to see what his plans are. Generally it's cheaper for a set of 550's rather than 750cc.
That site also has a nice set of 850cc injectors for $40 cheaper, too bad you don't have an STI.
True. I got mine used so they weren't expensive at all. I would also like to say that DSMLink does a really good job at scaling injectors so that could be a reason mine work so well.

stock injectors are 565cc
650 is the bare minimum required to run the 18g, my IDC's are over 100% right now
i guess the 2.5 needs alot of fuel
[editline]5th April 2011[/editline]
im also turning in my old injectors for 200$
I'm guessing you need a lot of fuel, yeah. I can run 12 PSI on stock DSM 450cc injectors on a B18/B20... 550cc is a bit overkill and I just can't imagine having to use 750cc for that. Two different worlds, I guess.
I had my 550s near maxed @ 20psi with the GT2871R
That isn't bad at all. Who daily drives anything more than that? I'm sure it just eats fuel. I'm happy with staying above ~30MPG...
snip wrong thread, ill think of some content right quick lol

I'm looking for some used Stance GR+ Pro coilovers for my s13, for around $700
Just got done replacing the lifts for the hatchback on my Cherokee. Coast $45 and took 30 minutes, but at least the thing will never sag low enough for me to hit my head on again.

I got like 18-24 in the 240.

My moms car trunk hits everyone in the head all the time, and smashed my grandpas hand yesterday. In fact, the hood has the same type of lift too so it doesn't stay open either. :argh:
She's got a Chrysler Concorde. Did you order them online or can you get them from a local Auto parts shop?
put in the walbro pump
also changed oil to rotella T since im a diesel now
Just finished replacing the trunk lid torsion bars on a '78 Mercedes 450SL.
Fucking Mercedes, why couldn't you just use coil springs like everyone else? I hate smashing my thumbs with torsion bars.
Going on my first long trip with my Civic today. Hoping it doesn't explode in my face or something.
We'll see!

My uncle's got a W113 280SL. I've heard lots of stories about his adventures repairing it.
Don't know if I told you guys but a couple days ago i started to hear my turbo spool getting louder, which i knew was my blades touching the housing. well today, it started to sound rattly, even at idle. so i said "fuck turbo disintegration" and took my car off of DD duty.
I started taking the piping off and heres what i found. not pretty.

So by then i told myself my car was going to be off the road for a while so might as well replace the leaky spark plug well gaskets

and here's how it sits since im too tired to go about putting all those fucking annoying ass gaskets on

Poor turbo. :(
Also, drive went alright. Got pretty hot there and back, was wondering what the hell was going on.
Got home, popped the hood, looked around, and I run no timing cover on my car (easier to inspect everything, just gotta make sure you don't go driving over objects that can get caught in the TB) and looked down to check it out, and noticed antifreeze/coolant mix pouring out of what appeared to be SO MANY CRACKS on the water pump. So I need a new water pump. $30 today and $23 to order cheapo one tomorrow, $32 with no core. I figure the higher price new one would be better than the reman'd cheapo.
Funny thing is, the guy who got the car off me, whom I in turn got it back from, I gave him a brand new water pump to put on it. Brand new, right outta the box. I knew it needed changed.
I don't know where that water pump went. It wasn't in the car and the guy says he doesn't have it. But I know I gave it to him because I told him he needed to put it on before he drove it.
Sigh... Oh well. Just more shit for me to buy.
Hopefully it didn't get too hot and pop the head gasket. Another head gasket is only $25, takes about 3 hours to do... but that's another $25 I don't have. I can't even afford the water pump. I'll figure it out though.
ok so really nothing :v:
redid my fuel pump because i used power steering hose that deteriorated, replaced with fuel injection hose
