Prepare for ritual suicide when something inside the door breaks.
ordered $100-200 worth of parts to finish putting new motor in wagon. ECU stuff mostly. (Bought a PM6 and some other stuff) Now I only need to add wires for the two new injectors. I'm probably going to get the motor running and make sure the swap is all good before I bolt the turbo on.
After leaving work in the truck (Had to haul stuff today, so no VW), I picked up a very pretty lady.

I can't wait to put it on.

accept the fact you're going to break something, freakin plastic
Put amber corner in my hatch, I'd put the other amber in but I have to make some clips for the fender since it's an '88-89 fender and the ambers are for a '90-'91.
Or I can get a new goddam fender, this one is about destroyed anyways.

What car, year, model, etc. is that? I work at an autoglass company and we have fitment instructions for practically every window on every car. I can get you an instruction on your car if you give me some details.
This is what they look like, here's one for my car etc:

eagle talon go
eagle talon go
It automatically jumps to Eclipse, and there's only instructions for the windshield
Remove roof strips (6 x crosshead screws). Remove windscreen wipers and cowl-top grille. Cut out with a braided wire. Foam must be used with the glass otherwise the glass will sit too low and will rattle against the interior covers.

It's a 1995 BMW e36 318i, thanks! :)
I guess I'm going to have to get some fucking 88-89 corners. The 90-91 aren't going to work unless I get 90-91 fenders and 90-91 headlights, or basically a few hundred dollars worth of shit I don't want.
Might throw these up on CL for trade for some 88-89 lights.

My car never stays clean. It's either dirt, pollen, leaves that leave (no dumb pun intended) marks all over it, etc. Although I did wash it a week ago to at least put the first coat of wax on.
Today I took the rear passenger wheel off my Fiero, just to have a looksie. There was a huge black widow living within my brake caliper along with two huge egg sacs. Bastard almost bit me, but it's all good cuz I smashed him with a hammer.
Busy week for me. Installed new Mufflers and a Sub.

Pistons are in the block, going to have to wait till the end of the week for the camshaft and carpet. Tomorrow I'm putting some street radials on and getting the rack and pinion in. Buying a Holley 1050 carb if we can find a used one, also a bunch of goodies came in.
We got a brand new MSD ignition system, Holley fuel pump, and a timing chain. Though we still need a Pro-billet distributor, GM 1 wire alternator, a front engine plate, and a wiring harness. Maybe a Tachometer if we can't find one, though we propably have 6 lying around somewhere.
The car should be done in 2 weeks or so if progress continues like this. Once I get all the wheels on I'll work on getting some picture, I tried today but the camera was flat dead. It's a 1968 coronet which is ment for street/drag for those who don't know.

what did i do
Turn your rotors/drums and new brake pads/shoes. Always turn rotors or drums when you get new brakes. Unless they are just picture perfect.
Also, went to do MPFI today.
Dizzy ended up being wrong one.
SON OF A BITCH.
So now I'm DPFI... But I did fix my idle. That's a good thing. No more vrrrruuuUUUUUUU-uhmmmmuuuuuuUUUUUU-uuhmmmmmm at stoplights. :D
Got my box from Rywire in the mail today =D New ECU and some fun bits.
TURBO WAGON THIS WEEKEND GOOOOO
Pulled my engine harness earlier, went to pull the ecu connector through the firewall, ONE SINGLE WIRE spliced in somehow going somewhere i dont know. im afraid to just cut it or something
took my volvo to my school's shop to get the gas tank out sometime this week, should be salvageable
Got myself a Corsa B last week, my older brothers car. The thing isn't the nicest looking thing, and I've got a bit of work to do on it, figured I might aswell post my progress on here
Rear & front bumpers needed respraying, they were all scratched and had marks all over them, plus black bumpers suck.
After primer:

Gotta add lacquer to it to make it metallic, then do the front bumper.
After that I'll gonna pop out the odd dents (you can see a couple) and touch them up
looks pretty good
