I got 160 - 165 - 170 - 175 on my last check. I checked it because the water pump pretty much exploded on a long trip and I had to baby it home with it pretty much slapping the top of the temp guage... That was the longest 30 miles of my life. Had to go real slow and keep stopping to cool it down.
Didn't blow a head gasket though, so that's good. Fel-Pro makes a damn good head gasket.
Bradley, do you know what resistance a resistor box runs?
I want to wire resistors inline because I don't have a box. I found what resistance they were once, but I can't find it for the life of me now.

I'd do it without the lights, and maybe cap off the whole area in between it.

What is it you're trying to do exactly? Most plugs of sorts have a really small pressed lip/pin/thing that holds prongs and that kinda shit in place. I deal with that all the time messing with molex plugs, I just bend the pin things with a needle and re-arrange them as necessary.
Yeah, it has one but I have no idea where the tab is. I was trying to rip one apart so I could see how it worked, but it won't surrender its secrets to me. I'm going to go pick up a pin removal tool today to see if I can finish popping it out.
