What did I do today? I pulled a free s13 hatch shell off a uhaul trailer in a very redneck fashion. Oh yeah, and yesterday I put it on there in a very redneck fashion. [editline]5th September 2011[/editline] It has no front suspension and it's missing half of the back suspension so the wheels back there are of no help
Give it to me fucker I'll find suspension parts and drop a small block in it, I don't even care. Pics?

Is it behind the pile of scrap metal?
what is that a joke or something gtfo of here
cleaned out the garage and put spare parts on craigslist, replaced the oil pan gasket and the headers are totally fixed :D the t5 is going in on wednesday because my mom wants to have an all day sons of anarchy marathon before the new season starts tomorrow :v:
I'll take it. Got a title on it? And maybe some spare door skins laying around?
no title no extra doors once i get my other cars fixed me and my friend plan to 240-truck this thing. [editline]5th September 2011[/editline] did i mention this is what im cutting the front end off of to fix my coupe
:C It's okay, dropping small block in my Subaru instead. Can't decide if I want to go "funky ching chong drag car" or "tyte doriftu v8" with it, I don't know of anyone who drifts around here but I sure would love to get into it when I get this together. First it needs some stiffer suspension though, and to be a lot lower.
unless you have an active drift community in your area, just go drag, youll end up either not driving it or getting busted on the street
unless you have an active drift community in your area, just go drag, youll end up either not driving it or getting busted on the street
Well, I'll probably just drag it. Then again, I guess having it set up for drift can't really hurt me drag racing it, can it?
.... you do know the point of drifting, right? wheelspin.
...Yeah, I know. That's why you get two sets of rubber.
rubber might not compensate for that stiff of suspension
injector oring blew out and gas is gushing errywhere new tune can't even enjoy it until orings ship :C
rubber might not compensate for that stiff of suspension
True, doesn't matter though. We did some measuring and without major work that big Rocket 350 isn't going anywhere near that car. Sigh. Got to try to find a small RWD box, I want one. I just want to have me something that I can kick around once in a while. Something I could spin around on a narrow road with a good punch of the throttle and such. Front wheel drive is just getting boring to me, and a big car is too boaty for my liking. Almost bought a '95 Thunderbird today, silver with green interior. If it's cheap enough I might actually pick it up. I don't know. I just want... Something.
Finally Completed my Retrofit, but Messed up the cut-offs a bit accidently :(. Also switched from Chinese 5000K bulbs to Phillips 85122+, Thought I ment to get the regular 85122. They look good on the car, but eww Halogen colored beam..... ripped the threads out of the flywheel when i was torquing the pressure plate down ): [img_thumb]http://dl.dropbox.com/u/5698103/mustang/P1300725.JPG[/img_thumb]
Fucking downer. :( I think I'm about to be your mustangbro, also. Whatchu gonna do to the flywheel now? Rip it apart and get a new flywheel, or run without the one bolt? I mean, technically you could do the latter, but... I don't know if I would.
problem is the bolts are too short, only noticed after this happened. theres still about half the threads left in the flywheel so i'm gonna run into town and get the right bolts and i'm hoping i'll be good. what kinda slowstang are you getting holmes
'86 LX notch, clean as hell, never been touched. Got the 232/3.8 under the hood, which I am okay with. Better than a four banger, less flashy than a 5.slow, although not as hella sweet as the SVO oh well :C My dad had it at one point, sold it to a friend (the lady who runs my office at my shop) for $400. Hoping to get it for that, but it'll probably be $500 because she's done a bit to it. It's got a broken cam, I was the one who originally diagnosed the car and then my dad bought it from the guy. The whole cam kit, including lifters and all, is only $108, so I'll be doing all of that while it's apart. It's red with black trim, red interior, but unfortunately automagic. Maybe someday I'll convert it to manual, I know a guy with a world class T5 he'd sell me for ~$100, I'd just need the correct bellhousing, pedals, clutch cylinders, flywheel, pressure plate and clutch. But a fucking good deal on the tranny.
porno interior
Hell fucking yes
ayoooo
i think i need a new flywheel uhg [editline]9th September 2011[/editline] nevermind!
What did I work on today? Went with my friend Collin (Zags/Zagi here on facepunch or something, he started the "Have a cool ride?" thread) to look at a 260Z Sorry, phone video. Car looked very nice though. Not worth the asking price, though.
I WAS DONE THE SWAP WAS FINISHED I PRESSED THE CLUTCH PEDAL FOR THE FIRST TIME THE FUCKING CLUTCH QUADRANT SNAPPED IN HALF
Aren't they plastic on the SN95?
