I'm gonna talk to her on Tuesday don't worry.. That's when i have class with her.
Pretty much just 18; so tonight I had my first time in the clubs. Is it just me, or does clubs/clubbing seem very pathetic? Guys constantly trying to get with girls, girls either trying to get with guys, or trying to avoid them and clearly not enjoying themselves.
Plus, even when paralytic dancing itself isn't much of an attractive option. I really don't understand it.
I like the pubs; but clubs seem a real no-go now.
So my friend and I are at some party, and he gets pulled aside by some chick. So he's about to go down on her, and he takes a sniff and its p smelly, so he quickly pops a jolly rancher in his mouth, maybe to cut the taste. So he's going for it, and he loses the jolly rancher in her snatch. He thinks he found it so he goes to slurp it out, and he takes a bite. Apparently he nomm'd a gonorrhea pustule that came loose, and popped it with a bite
Enjoy
^ yummy

Uh, most people there are enjoying dancing and being drunk and not being judged for it. It's good fun to not have to think about anything while you dance. Lots of guys and lots of girls go there to find hook ups but it doesn't mean everyone else is sad.
Bawbag, if you don't enjoy it then that's completely fine, but don't just lump every single person that goes to clubs into one unattractive, pathetic group.
personally, i can really enjoy clubbing, but it's got to be the right sort of place. some of the places in my university town are full of the nasty, judging types of people that would sneer at you because you didn't spend 4+ hours on your hair and makeup. but there are some nice places too, filled with people that (like me) just want to go out and have a good night with their friends, and are not necessarily looking to pull anyone.
i also wouldn't blow off the entire "club scene" based on a single night you've had!

The best clubbing is when you go with a few mates, none of you plan on pulling you just plan on having a good time and getting proper pissed up.
Staggering around the dance floor with a pitcher to yourself.

Otherwise, I'm really not keen on going to clubs. It's got to be a right place, right time, right people sort of thing to be enjoyable.
Right music as well
What's wrong with getting girls at clubs? I don't tend to make it a priority but if she starts flirting with me i'm gonna go for it.

That's fair enough; but what I was seeing was more like pure desperation.

I guess I just noticed the desperate people more than the regular people there. I can see why some people would enjoy clubbing; not for me though.

It's some piece of shit approach to mingling. People get drunk and think they are having fun.
Refilling a blown tire, that's how I see the club scene.

So I'm dating this one chick and shes great and all but I swear there are like 20 guys that stare at us when we walk down the hallway together (in highschool) with this look of pure envy on their face, and its starting to get a little creepy. Should I just tell them to fuck off or ignore them completely?

Unless this girl likes jealous, aggressive douchebags, you should probably let it go.
im pretty sure he was just looking for a way to brag about his relationship here

Today we had a very interesting topic during our class. We learned about an experiment where heterosexual study participants (male and female) asked a person at their university the 3 following suggestions regarding the sexual interest.
Case 1): "I find you very attractive, do you mind going out tonight with me?"
Case 2): "I find you very attractive, do you want to visit my flat tonight?"
Case 3): "I find you very attractive, do you want to have sex with me?"
Afterwards, the different answers have been calculated in percentage of agreement with both genders.
Guys agreeing to Girls: Case 1)= 50%; Case 2)= 66% and Case 3)= 75%
Girls agreeing to Guys: Case 1)= 50%; Case 2)= 4% and Case 3)= 0%
tl;dr: Never ask a girl directly for sex unless you want to make a jerk out of yourself, also guys tend to be horny bastards :v:
I thought this might be relevant for those people who think about approaching a girl in that manner.
That isn't interesting, it's obvious.
Claiming something is easy, proving it with actual facts and using scientific methods is not that simple.
So, it turns out my girlfriend has a legitimate fear of being naked in front of others. Now, we already talked about it and agreed to just take things slow and help her the same way I've helped her with other fears, which is just helping her get used to it best I can.
I'm just posting here because I'm wondering if you all might have some better advice?
Cross posting here. Not sure which thread is more relevant.
Well, it is a matter of time I guess. Some people have different attitudes towards being naked. No wrong in hiding your body from someone. Like you said, take things slowly. Don't force her to be naked, but encourage her and make her feel comfortable of being naked.
Good luck mate.

It dont matter. More people will see it therefore your more likely to get a relevant answer.

I could do a scientific study as to whether rocks sing but the results would not be interesting. I didn't question the studies difficulty/method (even though you didn't cite it).
