besides the cost, it's also only about 80-90% effective
Speaking of contraceptives... Neighbor dude is now expecting a little girl.
He's like, a year older than me, 20 or 21 maybe.
He's enlisted in the Navy right now as a rescue diver, and his family (or at least his mother) is pretty excited about it, so all in all I know things'll be fine. His sister is not pleased though. Can't blame her, she's 13 and now she's an aunt cause her brother can't keep his deck guns capped during a maneuver.
I haven't spoken to him yet, but I really don't know what I'm gonna say other than "YOU FUCKING IDIOT OH MY GOD. and oh yeah, congrats I guess, but DAMN."
here, if he's happy with the child, live and let live

You make it sound like a bad thing, the sister sounds like a bit of a brat.

Oh...no? 21 sounds a bit early for that, but it's hardly something to be up in arms about.
21 is okay, I only get annoyed if it's a teen pregnancy, that's just irrefutably dumb
why? if you're female, 18, and out of school/college and don't plan to go to university or have a ladder-climbing career, what's so bad about starting a family with someone you love?
there's too much stigma around that doesn't consider individual and personal situations

I agree, most of the people in the age of my parents where pregnant pretty early. In our time there is a focus on woman studying or starting a professional career. If you have to funds, time and motivation to start a family, why not?
Although if a girl is pregnant and already hates the situation and she doesn't like it. Nor have the money to maintain a somewhat decent family, that is a totally different story.
all i meant is that just sitting on your butt waiting for things to happen isn't going to achieve anything. you have to be proactive in going out, socialising and meeting new people or you won't get anywhere.
Couldn't agree more. God it's like we have so much in common it's weird lol x

Stumbling and this made me think of this thread
my cousin knocked up his girlfriend when she was 17 and he was 19
now they have 2 kids and are still together ~6 years later
im not about to judge the quality of their marriage, or the way they started it, but it does work out sometimes
My dick feels tender now.
I had a friend who got pregnant when she was 16/17. To some guy who is like 28 or something.
But I really hate her now. She was really mean to her sister.
They both had a child less than a month apart, and her sister named their kid first, Marcus (Gears of war). and so she went and named her son Lucas. Then complained about how her parents gave her sister stuff and not her. Like a cot and clothes.
Now that it's born she abandons little Lucas at her parents and with her sister all the time while she goes out with her scummy boyfriend. (He looks like he hasn't cut his hair in years, and same for washing it.)
So her sister has to deal with two 3 month olds.
It's not fair on her.
my girlfriend was asked if she would get an abortion if she became pregnant now (16, which isn't fucking likely) and she said no, because her parents would support her and take care of the child whilst she continues with her studies.
i think it's incredibly childish
i mean, if you're a virgin and you wanted to share your first time with someone who also was, then that's understandable. but if you hold any sort of view that a woman who's had sex with someone other than you is 'tainted' or likewise then you really need to grow up and realise that sex is a normal part of any relationship (and life) and letting it bother you is of no use at all.
i honestly prefer being with someone who's been with others before because it means they have experience. i dread the thought of being someone's first.
If your girlfriend's had sex with anyone before, would it bother you?
It'd bother me a ton, I'd hate it. Sounds very childish though, I want to know if that's just my thoughts.
dude i'm not in my teens anymore.

virgin sex is terrible. it's drab, lasts about 15 seconds, and you're gonna get disappointed.
that was my first time.

my first time (both of us were virgins) was awkward, hurt like a bitch, and lasted about 5 minutes before we decided to call it a day and try again later. a nightmare i do not want to relive

My first time was actually good, so I beg to differ :v: but compared to other sex I had, it was not that great in comparison.
.. so i guess i mostly just need to vent about this
i have an ex who i was with for 3 years, up until this january, and we have a ton of books belonging to each other that we were planning to return when we were done with them (the ones he left with me are worth a lot more, mind you). we spoke at one point online in january - he wanted to know if i ever wanted to get back with him, i told him no, and he responded with "well i guess we'll never speak again, then". i'll leave out all the details about how he was a verbally abusive dickweed to me while we were still together, but he told me he was going to be out of state for several months while trying to persuade me to come back to him. i've been trying to find out when he returns so i can drop off his belongings, and on occasion have wandered onto his steam profile. a few months ago he had a link titled "my hatred for you... is delicious" to a photo of me when i had crossdressed as a male, which is something i did strictly for amusement on only one occasion. it bothered me incessantly because it was something he had said he was completely okay with and accepting of while we were together (even though i wasn't doing it because i'm transgender or anything, only because i found the idea of parading around as a gay couple amusing and a change of pace and he expressed the same amusement at the idea). i hesitated to say anything about the actual contents of the picture but couldn't really find a way around it that would make sense.
i texted him as politely as i could after seeing he had posted the image publicly and asked him to remove it, and sent a removal request to imgur immediately afterward, so it was gone a day later.
i go on his profile once every few weeks to see if he's posted anything new discriminating me. it's something i'm terrified of admitting to my current boyfriend - i absolutely hate the guy, but i don't want it to seem like i still care about his opinions of me, and i don't know why it bothers me so much. i just ended up on his profile again for no particular reason and he posted another link under the same title, but to a monologue from breaking bad set to music, and i just spent a good two or three minutes sitting here in sheer terror wondering what it was supposed to mean (he's generally extremely cryptic about his emotions) when i realized how fucked up it is that i still give a damn about anything he has to say about me, and i feel awful for caring to any extent at all.
i think maybe it's partly that i'm concerned about what he's told his friends about me, because most of his friends are people i vaguely know and respect, as vain as that is.
sorry for the rant.
and i just spent a good two or three minutes sitting here in sheer terror wondering what it was supposed to mean
well that's just ridiculous.
to me he sounds very immature, and i think the best thing you can do is to very firmly tell him how you're not interested in getting back with him, you'd like your books back and would he stop posting 'cryptic' shit on his profile if it's only aim is to make you feel bad (since it doesn't seem like anyone else would understand it)
My first time was actually good, so I beg to differ :v: but compared to other sex I had, it was not that great in comparison.
my friend (and this is no bullshit, i swear down) lasted 45 minutes and she came before him.
he's now gay.
45 minutes? lol wtf i'd get a stitch
45 minutes is okay, you just have to adjust your pacing and strategies. Although it is fairly exhausting depending on how you go. Usually I get really thirsty after a while.
Whoever he had sex with must've had the time of her life :v:
i cant stop thinking about this girl i was in class with which is shitty because she's basically the worst person ever and i hate her (and myself wah wah)
she's not attractive (but she is??) and really doesn't dress flattering and has p much the most unsufferable personality, and i decided to not chase after her b/c she's retarded. she was way too invested in worthless idiot drama and facebook bullshit + drama in bands that arent even in the state (screamo bands no less) and i know this before ever getting her number ok. that plus just straight-up common red flags so at that point i just decided "fuck it she has literally nothing going for her and i dont enjoy talking to her and she would cut my dick off this is a bad plan" and i was ok with it. but now that school's been out for a while i find myself thinking about her and how i need to get her number
no brain no fuck you i hate this girl as much as i dont hate her
[editline]31st May 2012[/editline]
i guess the solution is to have horrible angry sex with her and then have her stalk me after i cut off contact from her trying to stab me in the penis
Whoever he had sex with must've had the time of her life :v:
uh im no expert but lasting a really long time isnt the only thing girls are interested in
if its boring shitty sex for 45 min, i doubt she was having much fun, and since we dont know the details, why assume it was great?

idk, my first time was pretty fun
probably had to do with the fact the chick wasn't a virgin, plus we were in a nature park for little kids in a handmade teepee
