I'm pretty sure people are mostly the same wherever you are in the world.
Also your expectations for someone to go out with are usually different from reality.
According to psychological studies of people who participate in speed dating, they usually come in with a certain set of expectations but end up liking girls/guys that fall completely out of that spectrum altogether. What the mind wants is different from what the heart wants, basically. Your subconscious knows better than the shorter calculations of your conscious.
You'll probably find someone who really clicks with you wherever you go. Even if there are slim pickings.

holy crap those are quite the standards. you're looking for a girl who:
-parties
-doesn't drink too much
-doesn't do drugs
-isn't slutty
-isn't bitchy
-is hot
good luck. hope you can make an exception to a couple of those prerequisites, or you're gonna be turning down a lot of good girls.

I wouldn't really say it's stupid. Plenty of people walk into dating having a specific picture in mind. It's just, it's important that you don't pigeonhole what sort of girls you want and that you remain open-minded. If your expectations are too high, you'll essentially close the door to ANY opportunity that presents itself.
The best thing to do is just to have a general grasp of what you want in a relationship, and search from there. You might be pleasantly surprised with who you find.
Just live your life and take any chances you get. If you get that tingling feeling in your stomach or something, you are probably in love with the person you are seeing / meeting.

She says to me via text or in person, 'Oh hey; I was just thinking; what if your one of your ex' broke up with her boyfriend and wanted you back, would you take her back?' or 'Hey, I was thinking; if I got your Steam account [I]Accidentally[/I] banned, would you still love me?' comments, these types of comments seem to come up constantly in conversation, she even asked me if I would still love her if she had sunken arches.
I'm sure it's to do with her wanting reassurance; which I reassure her of my love by being a good partner and accepting her for who she is and what she is and spending most of my time with her and come to her when she needs me; I'm very straightforward and don't believe in transparency which I believe she is quite aware of; I feel like I'm being tested and that makes me quite uncomfortable because my heart lies with her and nobody else, it's very annoying.

I'm not really asking for any specific advice, I speak to her all the time, shes usually only a few feet from me at her own desk, close enough that she can hold my hand if she wanted or I wanted to hold hers, I tell her that I love her when she leaves to go to work or go out (I've expressed to her that the word love holds great value to me and it's not something I throw around after each sentence, she agrees too)
It wasn't hard to write out, when it came to me the first time that's how it presented in my head without really thinking about it to hard; or how it may have been difficult to receive which I apologize for, for any confusion.
