dating and being in a relationship are completely different things. there's nothing wrong with her dating multiple people at the same time and it's completely normal. being in a relationship, however, would mean committing to one person.

i don't really have an opinion on kissing people you aren't exclusively involved with (just cuddling and kissing is pretty tame), but dating multiple people definitely doesn't make her a slut like D3T said she was.

Some update. The doctors did some of their doctor wizardry and she's stable enough now that they think she can go through with the surgery.

I was about to reply to your original post, not many doctors just give up on a patient just because they're not stable, especially when it is a young teenager. I had to sit and watch a similar situation when i was volunteering at the ICU a few days ago, and trust me, the medical staff kicks into serious high gear when they encounter a situation such as yours. So I wouldn't be sold to the idea that she is going to die.
Also tip of the day when it comes to this situation, go off what the doctors are telling you, not her parents, from what i've seen, family members really skew the facts when they pass on the information to other family members and friends.

Staying away from her all of a sudden would be very strange and very bad for the friendship you already have. If you like her and if it's not that serious, keep doing what you're doing. If she's that special to you, it's worth a shot.
Just because she has a boyfriend doesn't mean she's his property. You're not stealing as far as I know. If anything happens it will be with her consent so, you shouldn't feel guilty if she leaves the guy for you.
If she spends the time with you it's because she wants, right?

But then she totally said that she needs me and that with every other guy that she was together were shite and not the same. I also replied that I cannot let go of her, now it is pretty sure that she loves me and I still like her so much. But during all that time I had this tremendous desire to kiss her and even sleep with her. Anyway we had an awesome day and she said she do not want to make a move to destroy my relationship with this other gal. But somehow I simply do not care about her.
Afterwards she suggested doing some stuff again, I invited her to my place to get some steaks and chill the fuck down. But I know that I am going to make a move and probably sleep with her and to be honest I am quite excited and I totally want this, it doesn't even make me feel bad. The only bad feeling that I have is that I do not have a bad feeling. My ex will totally go with it, it can feel it. But now I am totally fucked.

the best way to do that is to just act like she doesn't have one, and if you feel bad at all for the boyfriend your taking her from chances are it won't work
