So, a friend just messaged me on Facebook. For the past two weeks, thoughts of my ex have been minimal. It's stopped hurting so much when I think of her, I don't get sad when I think of her. I was really happy today, for a couple days actually. Been having lots of great chats with my dad and just generally spending time with him.
And then my friend messages me. He passes on a message telling me to talk to her, and leaves a picture of cinnamon rolls. At first, I was confused, and skipped past the question, instead deciding to talk about the cinnamon rolls, saying how great they are. Then a few minutes later, I ask him who told him to tell me to talk to my ex, and he said "guess, who knows you love cinnamon?"
Then I realized my ex told him to send me the picture and give him the message. I've blocked her from my life, after she changed her number and was just really cold-hearted towards me. So I decided she isn't worth it and removed her from Facebook / blocked her, deleted her phone number and just promised myself I wouldn't talk to her. It has been two weeks since that, and I was finally starting to move on. But then she does this, and now all the emotions are welling back up.
I know it probably seems so stupid, I mean, why would a 19 year old guy get so upset over the fact she told a friend to give me a picture of cinnamon rolls, but it just reminds me of how close we were. I used to always crack the same joke saying how my mum would always go buy 50 boxes of cinnamon rolls for me, and she'd laugh because whenever I wanted to say a big number, I'd always pick 50. And one time she baked me cinnamon rolls and fed me them. So it just sucks that the memory hit me and now I miss her so much.
Just rambling and ranting, but I thought this'd be the best place to vent. I don't want to talk to her, because all she does is hurt me. I don't like talking to her because I just become someone I'm not, a cynical, nasty, bitter person. I'm completely opposite to all that. I wish things were perfect. I always wanted to spend the rest of my life with her.

honestly i feel more at home where he lives than i do in my own house. after 10 days i already feel closer with his parents than my own. all my close friends live near him as well (i know him and two other close friends through his vent server; there are 3 others from our vent who live there).
we're both in college atm so i'm back home for 16 week courses. i'm hoping to move in with him either this winter or next summer but i need to talk to my parents and see if they'll pay for me to continue school and if i can keep the car i'm using. that's currently the only obstacle with me moving out so i'm pretty optimistic about being able to leave by the end of this year.
