She hangs to the wall, one leg down and possibly on a tiptoe, you hold the other leg in a position that is comfortable to her. The more she bends her waist towards you getting more distant to the wall, the easier it gets for you but harder for her. It is somewhat difficult to get started but it's.. different, it's exciting. It might also not work if your height is too different.
If she does the right moves all you have to lift is her leg and help her keep balanced.
