i had some pages saved not too long ago that listed benefits but i can't find them now, so i'll just share my personal experience with the effects:
-i feel more confident, an increased feeling of control in everything that i do
-i sleep harder, and wake up feeling more refreshed
-more aggressive, i feel like making bolder moves in general
-workouts feel more fulfilling

-always alert, focused

It does have lots of noticeable effects. Not doing it for a couple of days, course you're not going to notice anything, because nothing much will have changed. Give it a week or two and you'll definitely notice.
