Doubling up on condoms actually increases friction, and instead of twice the safety, you only get half. Really, one of the best ways to double-up is pill/condom. Maybe implant/condom as well (but then again, implant is implied as 99% effective).

Then that's her problem, the pill's not to blame for that. Obviously this is purely anecdotal evidence but my girl has been on the pill for nearly two years and we have rarely used condoms, except for those rare occasions she's forgotten to take it. No pregnancy to this date.
