Man, I want to get a girlfriend, but I don't know where and how to start. A background story: I asked a nice female classmate for the first time to get out to get a better picture of each other before asking a date, but she answered that I'm not her type. Classmates said that she's a bit slutty, but I still tought after that I'm a too ugly for a girl and not ideal enough. This lead me to the point that I know Nothing about girls and stuff like that, and I became more shy. So, I want to avoid situations like that, some guidance on choosing a girlfriend, and I would like some starting tips about everything.
I'm starting to think that some girls are naturally suited to certain guys...
Your pulling words out of my mouth, and: LOL [editline]16th April 2012[/editline] I've been told on many occasions by many girls that they will refuse to date a guy with certain qualities about their looks. [editline]16th April 2012[/editline] I've also been told by my GF, who loves me to death, that if I was really fat she would never have dated me.
Which means that if you would get fat during the relationship she would dumb which would also mean that she doesn't love you to death.I have seen many ugly men with good looking women just because of their personality, the women who don't care abour personality the least are fucking whores.A man who is charming and with a great personality could make a woman fall for him,not always but it works
I'm starting to think that some girls are naturally suited to certain guys...
No, some girls are just complete sluts; sucking your fingers on a first date, ridiculous.

Right now, while she wouldn't want me to get fat, she would still love me.
I said to my girlfriend earlier that I was dropping the college course I do on a tuesday (crappy core skills course I don't need) and she got really mad at me because she wasn't going to see me for the half an hour that she normally would before I went home. she didn't say anything to me for a while (we were texting). I don't understand her anger. really. I mean, it's half an hour.
well depending on how often you see her otherwise, those 30 min could really be the highlight of her day

Anyone had a partner that bites during kissing? That shit is great
Some lad at work was talking about him and his girlfriend's 'song' and it got me thinking what we be our song. I'd never really thought about it before but the albums We're New Here and Computers and Blues always remind me of when we first got together. I first listened to both albums with her about a week before we got together, we spent that month rinsing those albums. The Streets is good in particular because lyrically we could really relate to it. I asked her what she thought and she suggested the same two albums. Do you guys have a song or whatever?

Okay, something that seems weird to me (may not actually be that weird) keeps happening every time I see my girlfriend. She goes to college like three hours away from where I live, so I drive up there some weekends, hang out, party, chill with her friends, etc etc. Shit's great, and I even dance a little bit when we go to big parties and the music's good. There's absolutely no problems between us, no strife or anything. We get along great. The problem is when I've driven back home. I have absolutely no desire to do anything. I'll get up, shower, all that normal routine stuff, then I just kinda sit around and wish I was still hanging out with her. All the games I used to play, I'm just not interested in starting up, don't want to watch anything, can't really get into doing anything at all. Maybe that is normal, it just feels kinda strange.
So I texted this girl asking if she was there and she replied back with two. Umm, what does that mean? If anything? :v:
How about you just ask her "what" [editline]16th April 2012[/editline] Really not so complicated
How about you just ask her "what" [editline]16th April 2012[/editline] Really not so complicated
I did.
ok so I'm guessing she never explained since you're asking I guesss you will never know wh she sent one odd text by mistake........ End it now

End up just sitting in front of a computer It's not been too bad when there's overtime at work to keep me occupied as I only work part time, but there's no overtime at the moment so I find it happens more often. My girlfriend is at uni 4 hour drive away. I'd drive up every week if I could afford it.
well depending on how often you see her otherwise, those 30 min could really be the highlight of her day
roughly 6 hours a week, something like that, if I don't g over to her house. in which case it's more like 18. we both have school/college and work, which is why we don't see each other more.
I'd like to have my girlfriend sleep over on Friday since the season finale for a show we both watch airs on Saturday. Thing is, my family doesn't know about her yet, and I'm not the most social of people so I don't think I'd be able to pass it off as just a friend coming over. We've only been together for about a week now so I feel like it might be a bit soon to introduce her to my family, what do?
Ha! Ha ha! Ha! Dude, it's fine. How old are you? Are you not allowed to date? If yes, then drop the idea. If no, then why are you worrying? Is she specifically against meeting your family? If yes, then drop the idea. If no, then why are you worrying? Your only problem is that its been a week. Maybe.
i'd wait a little longer before resorting to sleepovers. your parents don't even know who she is and you're expecting them to let her in their home?
Well she has actually met my mom, but it was only very briefly. I suppose you're right.
Well she has actually met my mom, but it was only very briefly. Sleepover :v: Na, Gnome has it right. You should definitely just hold off for a while. Have her over more so your family gets to know her. It's a shame not everyone has my parents... free condoms because they don't want me giving them grandchildren!

Just offer to pay for the meal and if they want to pay just let them. Don't be the knight in shining armour that pays every single time even when they're telling you that they can pay. If you end up paying every single time though, don't go out with a bitch who does that to you.
